Hello! I'm an archeologist and art historian. My trips are base on photography. Who want to join my trips will learn how to take good photos. In Iceland part we will cook at home together or eat easy dinner. We can buy something all together and share for dinner and breakfast in Iceland only. In 2023, I will make the second of a very special photography trip, where we will see the Greenland glaciers, wander around them, and even take magnificent photos by boat. How many times in your life do you have the opportunity to see an iceberg up close? This trip is a boutique trip with only 5 people. It will be a very enjoyable and very different photography trip, like our first trip in 2022. You will find yourself in a white fairy tale. If we're lucky, we'll have a chance to see northern light and shoot the lights. There is also the possibility of seeing whales. The type of photography will be mainly spectacular landscapes. We will share the rooms with a roommate. We will have our cook and our own boat, 8 meters long. Every day we will go to different directions with boat. We will visit Rasmussen Iceberg, an abandoned American base, a village by the side of an iceberg, we take photo of Inuits. It will be one of your unforgettable trips. Day 1 – 22 August Departure and reach to Iceland. Our first stop will be Iceland. We will reach our accommodation from the area and see Reykjavík, albeit briefly. We will stay here for one night. Reservation will be made by us. Reykjavik's accommodation is included in the price of the trip. However, no meals are included in Reykjavík. Hotel transfer will be included in the price.

Day 2-3
Day 2 – 23 August Our trip will continue with a flight from Reykjavik to the airport in Greenland. We will take our belongings from the airport and glide through the icebergs with our boat to reach our accommodation. In this part of the journey that will be by boat, you will be amazed by what you see, we will start with the white table. We will take pictures until we get to our accommodation. After our photography adventure on the first day, our accommodation will be on land. Here, dinner will be including to price.

Day 3-4
Day 3 – 24 August this morning we will go to a breathtaking glacier with our boat. In the region where the glacier is located, there are rivers, mountains and very beautiful lakes. We will have a two-hour break, during which we will have lunch by the glacier. After dinner, we will visit an abandoned American base. This is a disaster for the environment, but a very interesting place for photography. We will have a photo break here for a while. On the way back, we will pass through the glaciers and take pictures in the white fairy tale until we reach our accommodation. We will return to our hotel for accommodation. Today breakfast, lunch, dinner is included in the price.

Day 4-5
Day 4 – 25 August Today we will go to Rasmussen glacier. We will have a very enjoyable lunch break at the edge of the glaciers. Afterwards, we have a visit to a village with multicolored wooden houses where only 220 people live. Right next to this village, we will see huge glaciers again. Also, the Rasmussen glacier, which we will visit today, is called the world's largest ice machine. Because it's a glacier in motion. Today breakfast, lunch and dinner will be included in the price.

Day 5-6
Day 5 – 26 August Today we will go on an ice fjord. When we get close to the glacier, we will go ashore and take a lunch break. If the ice permits, we will go into an ice cave and take pictures today. To reach the cave, we have to walk for half an hour inside the glacier. Necessary shoes will be provided by us for those who want to come. On our way back, we will reach our accommodation point through the glaciers with the happiness of being able to visit the cave. Today breakfast, lunch and dinner will be included in the price.

Day 6-7
Day 6 – 27 August today will be a day we will spend on land. We will visit the museum and the surrounding places to understand Greenland a little more. There are only a few shops for souvenirs, we will visit them. We will go to the cemetery. The cemetery has an interesting structure and natural scenery. You will see the graves of very young people here. We will learn their stories there. We will end the day by walking around the neighborhoods and taking photos of the magnificent scenery and people. Today breakfast, lunch and dinner will be included in the price.

Reykjavík
Day 7-8
Day 7 – 28 August today is our last day in Greenland. After breakfast, we will transfer to the airport by boat. Of course, we will take a lot of photos again until we get to the field. With the transfer to the airport, our Greenland trip will be over. We will have experienced an amazing adventure that we will never see again among the glaciers. We will return to Reykjavik and stay here for one night. We can do a short tour of Reykjavik again. Our Reykjavik stay is included in the tour, but no meals are included. Today, breakfast will be included in the price.

Day 8
Day 8 – 29 August this morning we will set off from Iceland to our countries. We will give our flight times if you get tickets to the same time or 1-2 hours later, we will transfer to you according to our flight time. You can spend some time at the airport. If you want to stay a bit more in Iceland, you can arrange a transfer to the airport.
