Hey traveler, I am Timo from Germany. Like everyone here, I love to travel. :) Since my first backpacking trip 10 years ago as a solo traveler, I've fallen in love with backpacking and have traveled to more than 40 countries. I realized that the world is much friendlier, super helpful, and incredibly beautiful than often reported in the daily evening news. That was probably the most important experience for me. The second significant experience was how important social interactions are and how much they can influence the quality of your trip. You can discover the most beautiful beach in the world, climb the highest mountain or have the coldest beer during sunset, but without the right people by your side, this experience is only half as valuable! Highly recommended! Tino was super nice and open to me from the beginning to the end of the trip. He answered all my questions and prepared me really well for my first trip to another continent. We were a really relaxed group of four people. I was the youngest, but that didn't bother me at all. We even celebrated my birthday together on Koh Tao, and it didn't feel like I had only known them for three or four days, haha. Timo knows good restaurants, bars, and viewpoints that are just so beautiful. Exchanging money with him is also very relaxed; he exchanges money at the current rates, so you don't have to worry about scams or anything like that. We went kitesurfing (my first time) and it was really fun. I've already planned my next trip and will probably travel with him again this year. The trip was really a 10/10!

Timo is very interessted that everybody who joins the trip, can make the best out of it. When there was a problem (for example with an accomodation) Timo helped out the best he can to make the trip good again. I had always the option to have free time and do what ever I want. But it was also always possible to be with the group. Timo also involved the group concerning for example the time of transportation. As a woman I felt very save and welcomed. Timo even asked in the end what to improve or to think about for the next time, expecially as a woman.
