We also like to soak in the sun on the terrace, go running on the nature paths or grab a coffee at one of the many places nearby. On other days, we take a dip in the sea, hike around nearby Levadas and forests, take a stroll to the Co-Working venue in the close neighbourhood or relax in some spa afterwards. 🥳 After work, the community likes spontaneous little adventures: Let it be a hike through the mountains or on the nearby cliffs, some of the many Nomad Events happening in the city centre, a social gathering, a cosy bar or delicious restaurant, a karaoke night or jam session, a calming yoga or meditation session, a match of padel, ping-pong, board-games, volleyball or squash or just a casual sunset meet-up: The list of options and things to do with other like-minded people is nearly endless. 🌊 The group prefers to go with the flow, check the weather conditions first, and decide by communicating with the rest on what they would like to do each day in a spontaneous way. 🚗 There is a possibility to share a car or 125cc Scooter amongst some housemates. Costs are split and paid for by each nomad during their stay. We have some good offers with great discounts for Nomads :) 🏠 Due to several factors as the extremely high demand, Madeira's housing and car rental market has become a bit crazy, and often it's very hard to find any (affordable) accommodation, small flats with a single bedroom in Funchal cost about 120€ on average per night.
