Coworking trip
We have two more spots for the trip for 16-30 June ☺️ This one is full 🌊 Have you already thought about visiting one of the warmest and most paradisiacal and natural places in Europe? ☀️ Have you visited the island before (maybe even thinking of how to locate or live there for longer) or is it your dream to experience the Hawaii of Europe? 🏝️🏔️ You can spend up to 1 month with a wonderful, relaxed group of five active, open-minded and adventurous people that I carefully select through personal calls and messages in the capital of the (very rightly) hyped island Madeira, an Archipelago of Portugal located in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. 🌊 We will be staying in a house near the center of Funchal, working during the week (we might have a few days off in between as well, so you can have some holidays also if you like), preferably until around 4-5 pm, so we still have time to do little trips, stroll around the city or beach or eat out after work. 👩‍💻🚶‍♀️ If you want to work outside the house, there are numerous working options nearby. I have a list of co-working spaces and suitable coffee shops or restaurants to work at if you want to work outside the house. ☕ If you do not work currently, you can spend your day strolling around the city, going on trips (there are many groups I know that you can join for free or at a very low price) and excursions. 🏞️ I do want to empathise already now, that I have many options regarding our after-work activities and weekend trips in mind. I do prefer to go with the flow, check the weather conditions first, and decide by asking the group what they would like to do each day in a rather spontaneous way. 🌦️ I am not a fan of overly strict, rigid plans and inflexibility concerning the exact order of our trips. 🙅‍♀️ There are a few events though that are pre-planned already now, which are the Tuesday Jam Session with live music in walking distance and the Purple Friday's Sunset Party in Ponta do Sol on Friday. 🎉🎸 🌿 Also, please be aware: our hikes can be off the grit! You will see things that no tourist ever would. You should be fit and experienced in hiking to be able to walk these wild wonderful paths of Madeira. 🏃💪⛹️‍♀️ (Of course, there are always easier hiking options for those who don’t want to do the advanced versions ;) 🚗 The price of using the car is already included in the price, the petrol and any other necessary things for the car have to be split and paid for by each participant during our stay. (We don't have a cleaning lady, only at the end of the stay :D We can ask her to come more often though fitting to the groups needs and wants) What is included in the package price? ✔️ Your own room in a central house shared with a group of 4-5 other fun people ✔️ House includes 2 bathrooms, 4 toilets, kitchen, living room, co-working corner, sea view rooftop terrace, washing room with washing machine ✔️ The organization of the Workation including long weekend trips on the entire island (advanced hikes, sightseeing, sunset, and viewpoint spots, events, meet-ups) ✔️ Excursions, lots of useful information regarding Madeira (daily life in Madeira, how to move there as an expat or digital nomad, places to be) ✔️ Spacious comfortable car 🏠🚙🌄 Due to the extremely high demand, Madeira's housing market has become a bit crazy and often it's very hard to find any (affordable) accommodation, small apartments with a single bedroom in Funchal cost about 100€ on average per night. So this is a great opportunity for those not only seeking a place to stay, but the amazing company and exciting trips on top. 🏠👥🌅
