Coworking trip
Hello freinds, Have you been to Istanbul in the winter? Want to explore this multitude of cities in one city, away from the swarm of tourists during the off- season? Would you like to unwind after work and relax in an exclusive Turkish Hammam & Sauna? What if it was available every single day, and yes for our group only, exclusive access for every single day of our stay. I’m Mehdi, a 33-year-old dude who is just a complete fireball for food, fun and flights to exotic places. I'm always up for an adventure, flexible as bungee cord, cool as cucumber, funny as a barrel of monkeys, and the leader of the pack. I am healthcare professional turned digital nomad and remote worker, and I would love to accompany a group of like-minded people (digital nomads, entrepreneurs, remote workers, fun-loving professionals, etc.) and spend such a good time that you will join me on my future trips, and be the core of my circle in the great plans to come. I'll be taking my home office to Istanbul on the 5th of March, for 2 weeks, me and you will be working and living like the locals do, away from all the hustle and bustle of tourists in the high season. So, join me and Work, explore, unwind and have memories to share and talk about in these 14 days co-working trip. Our HQ (residence) 🏠 for our stay in Istanbul is a rooftop penthouse, strategically placed near the touristic landmarks of the Galata tower 🏰 and the metro station. With 360 degrees view, you can see both the Golden Horn and the Bosphorus straight, with the red bricks of rooftops littering your field of view. Super cozy, with a lot of space to fit 4 to 7 people, with multiple bedrooms & bathrooms, a dining room and a lot of working space. The good part, and that's what I'm excited about, is that our accommodation comes with an exclusive access to a traditional Turkish Hammam & sauna. Available every single day for just little under 5 € a day for the whole group. How crazy is that??? Like in any proper co-working trip we would be working during the hours of the day, from our residence. And if you are absolutely nuts about coffee ☕☕☕ like me, we can take our laptops and work & drink our focus potion & mud-tea of joy (that’s what I call it) from the numerous coffee houses which may range from the traditional Turkish coffee houses to modern coffee shops, they all come with working spaces and are within walking distance. As for the nights, we will be roaming from the holy sites of Sultanahmet, and the 19th-century European elegance of Beyoğlu to the high fashion of Nişantaşı and the vibrant cafe society of Kadıköy. I think Istanbul reputation speaks for itslef. We might Try Nusr_et as well 😉. As for the weekends, we will be leaving Istanbul, taking the ferry to Bursa, although Bursa has a lot to offer from traditional cuisine to unique sights, our focus will be to ride the world's longest cable cars to reach the Uludağ National Park 🌲🌲🌲, where we can Skii ⛷🎿🏂, stretch our legs in a hike and enjoy the weekend in a cozy lodge and enjoying the mountains and pine forests of Turkey. The trip costs 💰 include an amazing accommodation in a penthouse overlooking the great sights of Istanbul with great WI-FI. Multiple bedrooms with double beds and single beds with the possibility to have a private bedroom, our residence has multiple bathrooms, a jacuzzi and a terrace overlooking Istanbul. The location is within walking distance from the sea, the sights and all the major landmarks and shopping centers and of course my beloved coffee houses. What more can you ask for ??? The Trip Leader fee is also included, as I am always available to take the lead, help and organize the activities, it is quite a bit of work. Wanna ask me any question and know more details? Or if you have trouble picking out affordable flights, or anything at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out and contact me.

Trip Itinerary
1

İstanbul

Day 1-6
Our Journey starts at one of Istanbul's airports, and in each one there are affordable ways to reach Istanbul, either by bus or taxi. Our residence is very easy to reach, and a metro station is close by. Our HQ (residence) for our stay in Istanbul is a rooftop penthouse, near the touristic landmark of the Galata tower. With 360 degrees view, you can see both the Golden Horn and the Bosphorus straight, with the red bricks of rooftops littering your field of view. Our residence has a dedicated working space, Wi-Fi and a Jacuzzi🤩. Public transportation is cheap, accessible and very convenient.
2

Beyoğlu

Day 6
No better way to unwind, relax and warm up after a day of work on our laptops than this : The ultimate in Istanbul luxury, just also happens to be delightfully steamy and warm. We will have exclusive and full access to a traditional Turkish spa with Hammam & Sauna, just few steps away from our HQ. . Its available everyday its just takes 2 hours to warm everything and its good to go exclusively for the whole group for just few Liras.
3

Saltbae Burger Nişantaşı

Day 6
I am a foodie, love it or hate it. The thing I appreciate is a really good burger🍔 , and a decently cooked steak🥩. Although, there is a lot of places to try out in this city, I think this is a must try. Let me know if there is any particular place you wanna try, there is a lot of time and our trip is super flexible.
4

Bursa

Day 6-7
Bursa is our next destination, its easy to reach from Istanbul, our safest and fastest option is the IDO ferry. It's best to take the metro to the port a few days early to buy tickets and though prices vary a bit, ours only cost 53 lira / 10 usd each for the round trip. The ferry ride takes 1 hour and 45 minutes and will drop you at the IDO ferry port outside of Bursa. From here, there are still a few more steps to reach the city center. There are Good restaurants and sights and bazaars to see, and we can spend a night or two. A must try is a famous Bursa treat – ice cream topped with warm semolina halva – at a small shop called Haci Serif. However the main reason of visiting this city is our next destination.
5

Uludag National Park

Day 7-8
From Bursa city center we are gonna take one of the longest cable cars in the world, to the Uludag National Park. The cable car costs 15 USD for the round trip, but the 45 minute ride from the cityscape to the snow topped trees🌲🌳🌲 and mountain landscape is worth every penny. There are many activities to do like hiking in the picturesque trails, ski and places to stay, if you're that outdoorsy we can take a lodge in the mountains as well 😉. All of you Skiing enthusiasts, don't bring your gear with you, we can rent whatever we want for a small fee, from ski equipment to snowboards and sleds.
6

İstanbul

Day 8-14
We will be back by ferry to Istanbul, to enjoy our warm Hammam once again. There is a lot more to do, and landmarks to see, bazaars to visit, thick Turkish coffee to be had, and maybe if we are lucky take a few pictures of Istanbul and its landmarks in the snow. Remember, if you have anything else you wanna try in Istanbul, let me know.
