10-day vacation or workation in a great co-living villa 🏝️ by the sea ☀️ in Spain (in a single room / all-inclusive with daily breakfast & 8 x hot meal)

☀️ KEY FACTS We 👩‍❤️‍👨, that's 🧚Kat (40) and 🤹Emilio (45). We have got hold of a great house by the sea and would like to share it with nice people from time to time! You can think of it as a temporary shared flat by the sea. The perfect option if you're looking for a good mix of solo travel and community, but don't fancy a large, round-the-clock organized group trip. We love good food and inspiring conversations. We make our house and our cooking skills available to you (usually around noon, if you are not there at noon you can of course have it in the evening :-). Would you like to TRAVEL with us?

There is: Pool (closed in the winter months) / sea 🌊+ pool bar 🍸+ barbecue area 🔥 where we like to grill fish 🎣. We have 4 rooms and space for up to 7 people. We would also be delighted if you would join the community. We can still agree in detail how long you would like to stay and your specific travel dates. Once you have booked for this trip, we can coordinate with you and you may be able to add flexible days or arrive earlier. 💰 Included in the price: ✅ Accommodation 🛏️ in a single room. First come, first served. We will send you our room options after booking and you can then choose the right room for you. For couples, please ask for a price. ✅ Daily breakfast (self-service in the fridge) with tea, coffee and regular milk. ✅ 8 x one warm meal. We cook for you, usually around 12:45 / 13:00. We love good food, we cook colorful and international. ☀️Darüber awaits you: ✅ Flexible check-in on the day of arrival and check-out on the day of departure; ✅ Great input for excursions with the community in the surrounding area. Our highlights for day trips; ✅ The opportunity for a group barbecue or cocktail party by the pool, if the group feels like it and the weather is suitable; ✅ A city tour together through our wonderful city with stops and tips for tapas (everyone pays for their own food and drinks) ✅ Good humor and company and hopefully an inspiring exchange! 💰 NOT included in the price, or available if required: ❌ Transportation / rental car (we will coordinate you so that you can book and share a rental car together if you are interested); ❌ Surcharge for possibly larger rooms or couples ❌ Special soft drinks (Coke, Sprite, juices) and alcoholic drinks & cocktails (usually 10 - 25 euros depending on consumption); ❌ Costs for the barbecues and any cocktail parties are allocated via Splitwise; ❌ Vegan products (please inform us of any special requests, food intolerances, etc.). We are sure to find a solution). ❌ Costs for sporting activities. We can give you tips and have good contacts with local landlords. ❌ Air conditioning / heating: Is it too hot/cold for you? Ask for one of our rooms with air conditioning. The environment is important to us, which is why responsible use of these resources is important to us and we charge the costs for use in your own room separately (surcharge 30 euros / 7 days). In the common rooms we try to use the air conditioning / heating sensibly, this consumption is already included in the price. ☀️BITTE NOTE: ❗We are a non-smoking house, if you smoke occasionally, we ask for your understanding to do so outside the location; ❗There are no restrictions on food and drinks, we cook with fish and meat, but also vegetarian from time to time. For more exclusive meals with high-quality meat or fresh fish, we agree in advance; these costs are not included and are then passed on. The daily meal together is our central point 🏁of the day, where we all see each other, exchange ideas and form a community. ❗Everyone takes responsibility 🏳️, keeps the communal areas clean and helps clear the table and clean the kitchen after the meal and tidies up after themselves. We are a team! ☀️Tipps How to get here: ✈️ The nearest airport is Malaga, we recommend you book a rental car and explore some of the wonderful places. 🚍 Traveling by bus costs around 8 euros and takes 2-3 hours. Cabs from the airport usually cost from 110 euros, but we also offer a pick-up service for 85 euros each way, especially if you have flight times when there is no public transport. 🚗 Blablacar is also available, but unfortunately often very unreliable, so be sure to enquire 3-7 days in advance.
