Day 1-3
During this 7-day journey, youâll experience the festive energy and explore the stunning natural landscapes of Gran Canaria, enjoying activities that range from sunny beach days to exploring iconic sites across the island. Day 1 (31st December) : New Yearâs Eve in Las Palmas ⢠Morning: Exploration of the âLas Canterasâ beach ⢠Afternoon: Getting ready for the party and dinner together with local Friends . ⢠Evening: New Yearâs Eve celebration with fireworks and local festival. Day 2 (1st January): Rest and First Swim of the Year ⢠Morning: Join in the traditional first swim of the year at Las Canteras Beach. ⢠Afternoon: Free time to relax and savor local cuisine at one of the beachfront restaurants. ⢠Optional: to the Viera y Clavijo Botanical Garden.

Day 3-4
Day 3 (2nd january): Inland Tour ⢠Morning and Afternoon: Excursion to the island's interior, visiting the picturesque villages of teror and Tejeda, the Natural Monument of Roque Nublo and the possibility to watch the sunset from the Pick of the Island: Pico de Las Nieves ⢠Evening: We'll be back to Las Palmas where we can have dinner in one of its traditional restaurants

Day 4-5
Day 4 (3rd January) : The South â Beaches, Dunes & Charming Villages đď¸ â˘ Morning: Time to hit the road! Today weâll explore the south of Gran Canaria, starting with the picturesque harbor town of Puerto de MogĂĄn, often called the âLittle Veniceâ for its colorful buildings and canals. Next, weâll chill for a bit on the white sands of Anfi del Mar, a beach that looks like it belongs in the Caribbean! ⢠Afternoon: get ready to be wowed by the Maspalomas Dunes, a vast natural reserve that feels like a mini desert by the sea. Weâll take time to walk through the dunes and maybe grab an ice cream nearby. ⢠Evening: We'll be back to Las Palmas ors we can have dinner at a local restaurant with the option to explore the nightlife in the area.

Day 5-6
Day 5 (4th January) : History, Coffee & Sunset by the Sea âđ
Today weâll explore the green and cultural north of the island. ⢠Morning: GĂĄldar, the islandâs first capital and home to the Cueva Pintada Museum, where weâll learn about the aboriginal history of Gran Canaria and see the only preserved cave paintings on the island. ⢠Afternoon: Next, weâll visit a coffee plantation in Agaete, the only place in Europe where coffee is grown! Weâll enjoy a guided tour and a delicious tasting. ⢠Evening: To end the day, weâll relax and enjoy a stunning sunset in Puerto de las Nieves, a small fishing village with peaceful vibes and dramatic cliffs.

Day 6-7
Day 6 (5th of january): Epiphany Celebration ⢠Morning: weâll start the day very early (before all streets will be closed for the "Reyes Magos' Parade" and we decide if we prefer having a relaxing morning at Las Canteras beachâswimming, sunbathing, or just enjoying a coffee with ocean views; or exploring with a visit to the old town of Vegueta, home to the Christopher Columbus Museum and charming colonial streets. ⢠Afternoon: then we'll participate in the festivities of Epiphany, including âVispera de los Reyesâ, a traditional gathering in Vegueta neighborhood. We can be there since the morning or go there lately...but get ready to cycle, walk or get an electric scooter because taxis might be overwhelmed! Day 7 (6th of january): Goodbye Island Life đ´ Time to say âhasta prontoâ! After breakfast and some final souvenir shopping, weâll pack up and head to the airport. Whether youâre continuing your travels or heading home, youâll be leaving with new friendships, beautiful memories, and a piece of Gran Canaria in your heart.
