Hi Guys, welcome to a week full of wonders and adventures! Do you love the outdoors? Hiking? Nature? Culture? Photography that looks unreal? All of the above? Then this is the place to be. Join me for a week-long road trip along the most gorgeous roads of South Switzerland. This unique experience allows you to see some of Switzerland's most breathtaking gems and experience small town cultures. About me: My name is Olga and I’m 23 years old. Travel is my middle name and I’m always down for a good time. I love nature and exploring cities. I always want to make sure that everyone is having the best time of their lives, so if somebody doesn’t feel comfortable doing an activity or wants to do something on their own, we can always change the program. 📍 About the Trip: If you always wanted to go on a picturesque road trip with incredible hiking, then this trip is right up your alley! I am looking for 4 travel buddies (boys/girls) to join me on this full packed trip. We will be spending each night in different towns. In some, we have a flat, in others hotels, but we will be sharing rooms. Our adventure begins in the beautiful small town Lugano, which borders the Northern part of Italy. After getting some snacks and drinks we will start ascending Collina D’oro where the famous Nobel prizewinning writer Hermann Hesse used to live. Along this hike there are a lot of stop points where we can learn about the local culture and history. Once we're done with the hike, we'll head to our accommodation for a quick break before heading into town and exploring the Lugano city in the evening.

Locarno
Day 2-3
On the second day, after grabbing some food we'll head towards Rivera. There we will hike the Multi-faceted Mountain, Monte Tamaro , where we will be using cable cars to take us to the top of the mountain. The hike is around 4 hours, so by the time we are done we can grab a quick lunch and head to our next stop in Locarno. In our way there, there is an option of visiting Piazzogna where they have a Botanical Garden. Once we arrive in Locarno and check into our accommodation, we can start exploring the town. We will visit the famous Cardada Cimetta lookout, where you can take stunning pictures. After we will go on a Lake Promenade at Ascona and enjoy a local dinner.

Zermatt
Day 3-4
Starting off our day with our usual morning hike in Bellinzona where we will be following the Castle Hike trail. The hike is about 3 hours along. Probably one of the most sightseeing drives that we will do, as we will be driving through the Furka Pass, where the famous James Bond road is in the middle of the Swiss alps. We will obviously be making some pit stops for pictures and taking in the gorgeous views. After The curvy roads, we will go to the Natural Rhone Glacier in Belvedere. After a full day of activities, we will head into Zermatt, where we will explore the town and stay for the night.

Saint-Maurice
Day 4-5
Talk about starting the day right! Today we will hike the Foot off the Matterhorn and we will be doing a guided tour of the 5 lake hike. The scenery of this hike is incredible. This hike is about 2 hours and pretty easy as most of it is flat. After charging yourself with endorphins, we will continue our trip on yet another 2-hour hike over the Bhutan bridge to the Illgraben in Leuk. Once we're done with all our activities, we can head to our next night stay in the famous ski town Saint Maurice. Here we will settle into our accommodation as usual and do a small tour of the town.

Lausanne
Day 5-6
One of our less active days we will start by driving to Aigle where we can enjoy calm vineyard walks. Later on we will head towards Montreux which is at the foot of the alps and the shoreline of lake Geneva. There we can do some tourism and enjoy some more strolls around town. Once we're done we will head towards our last stay which will be in Lausanne, known at the town of Lake Geneva.

Geneva
Day 6
Last day we will drive to Geneva. We can make some last pit stops before ending our trip. There is an airport and train station in the center of Geneva, so everyone can be dropped off where they need to in order to continue their journey home.
