Accommodation: The beautiful and exclusive villa includes a Japanese garden with large terrace and a great pool 🏊‍♂️ with counter-current and massage, as well as lighting. A large kitchen and large indoor atrium, the villa has 3 private and separate double rooms with air conditioning. One room is a deluxe room on the ground floor with private shower and night sink, as well as electric shutters. One private parking space for one car in the secured courtyard is included free of charge per room booking. Washing machines are available. Option 1: Room 1 Premium double bed room for max. 2 persons EG Incl. private adjoining room with private shower and sink. Electr. air conditioning - closet + bed linen Attention-Note (This room costs 100,- more per person) Option 2: Standard room with 1 double bed for max. 2 persons (with air conditioning and closet + bed linen) Since these are 2 separate rooms in the villa, it is of course only logical that the 2 person should know each other and share the room like friends or couples etc. Of course only one person can book one of the rooms completely for himself, then the price for 1 room will be calculated for 2 people. In the 3 room I will host myself personally. The villa is booked in this week completely only for us. I myself have been staying in the villa year after year for more than 12 years. Catering: Self-catering (large supermarket 2 min away) gas station as well. Restaurants are also available and the Mediterranean promenade is nearby. How to get there: You can arrive by car or relaxed by plane to Nice airport. After arrangement, the pick-up and drop-off is possible without obligation. (After arrangement please) When traveling by car, I can also give you the best route and information, no matter from where you want to start in Germany - Austria - Switzerland. You can do what you want the whole week, you are not bound to us. Of course you can move freely in the villa and use the pool etc. when you want. You will get your own front door key. What is included in the price? - The price per TripMate refers to ( 1 ) person in a double room up to max. 2 persons in the villa for 6 nights and one parking space for the car per room incl. all additional costs. - The price includes all utilities such as electricity and tax and final cleaning. Nothing more is added except your self-catering and private interests & activities.
