Final Morning Schedule (Day 3): Running Session (5 to 10 km) β A light, energizing run along the beach or nearby trails to awaken the body and clear the mind. Yoga (last session β optional) β Gentle flow to stretch, breathe, and integrate the retreat experience. Traditional Moroccan Breakfast β Fresh local dishes to nourish you after the morning practice. Laser Ear Reflexology (optional) β A short therapeutic session to rebalance the nervous system and support emotional integration. Check-out β Time to pack, say goodbye, and close the retreat space. Ride Sharing Back β Coordinated transport back with other participants, depending on your destination.
