Day 1-2
We begin in Marrakech, the city that sets everything in motion. You'll arrive and settle into our riad in the medina, a traditional house built around a quiet inner garden, just a few steps from the buzz of Jemaa el-Fna. After the journey, there's time to rest and breathe before we head out together. We'll wander through the medina — the souks, the maze of narrow streets, the colours, the spices, the sheer energy of the old city. It's a lot for the senses, in the best way, and a vivid first taste of Morocco. Along the way there's time to stop for mint tea, take it all in, and start to feel the place. In the late afternoon we come together for our welcome circle — a simple, grounding practice where we meet each other, set our intentions, and start to soften out of everyday life and into the rhythm of the trip. Nothing demanding, just a gentle way in. In the evening we share our first meal together, and for those who still have energy, the medina at night is something else — lantern light, music, the square in full swing. Marrakech is intense and alive, before the desert draws us into its silence. Where we stay: riad in the Marrakech medina Today is about: arriving, exploring the old city, meeting the group, and opening the journey together

Sahara Desert
Day 2-3
Today we leave the city behind and start heading for the Sahara. We cross the High Atlas mountains, winding up through passes with the landscape shifting around us — red earth, Berber villages clinging to the slopes, wide valleys opening below. It's a long but beautiful drive, and part of the experience: you can feel the everyday world slowly falling away as the space around us grows. Along the way we stop at Aït Ben Haddou, one of the most striking places in Morocco — an ancient fortified village of earthen houses stacked against the hillside, a UNESCO site that looks like it's been carved out of the desert itself. We'll have lunch here and take the time to explore the ksar on foot, wandering its narrow passages and climbing up for the view over the valley. It's the kind of place that stays with you. From there we carry on as the landscape turns drier and emptier, the mountains giving way to open desert. By the time we arrive, the pace has already changed — quieter, slower, ready for what's coming. In the evening we settle in, share a meal, and gather for a short practice to close the day and land into the desert together. Where we stay: on the way to the desert Today is about: the journey itself, Aït Ben Haddou, and letting the everyday world fall away

Sahara Desert
Day 3-6
These are the heart of Desert Way – three days living in the desert, walking it by day and sleeping under its stars by night. The days share a natural rhythm, but each one takes us a little deeper. The rhythm of our days We start early, with the desert still cool and quiet. Each morning opens with a silent meditation as the light comes up over the dunes, followed by a morning practice — yoga or breathwork, to wake the body and drop into presence. After breakfast we set out on foot with our Berber guides and camels, walking into the Sahara at a slow, steady pace, stopping for shade, mint tea, and the sheer vastness of it all. In the heat of midday we rest, the way the desert asks you to. As the sun softens, we gather for a workshop – guided somatic and inner work, using the space and silence around us. Evenings are for the fire, a shared meal, a closing circle, and a sky completely full of stars. Day 3 – Into the dunes The trek begins. We leave the last traces of the road behind and walk into the open desert, letting the outer quiet slowly become an inner one. The first night in the nomad camp, far from any artificial light, is something most people never forget. Day 4 – Full immersion A full day in the rhythm of the desert. More walking, deeper practice, and the space to really let go — of the everyday, of the mental noise, of whatever we came carrying. By now the pace of the desert has become your own. Day 5 – Integration & depth As the journey in the desert draws towards its close, we slow down even more. We keep walking and practising, but with more room to reflect and listen to what has surfaced. Our last desert night is spent in a fixed camp among the dunes near Foum Zguid – traditional Berber tents, local food, singing around the fire. Where we stay: nomad camp (nights 3 & 4) · fixed desert camp near Foum Zguid (night 5) A day in the desert: dawn meditation · morning practice · trekking · midday rest · afternoon workshop · fire & stars

Marrakesh
Day 6-7
We leave the desert and make our way back towards the city. It's a long drive, but a good one — a chance to let everything from the last few days settle while the landscape slowly shifts back from open sand to towns, greenery and life. There's usually a quietness in the group on this drive, the kind that comes after something that mattered. In the late afternoon we arrive back at our riad in the medina. After time to rest and freshen up, we come together for our closing circle – the most important practice of the whole journey. It's the space where we look at what the desert brought up, what we're taking home, and how to carry it into everyday life so it doesn't just stay a beautiful memory. We close the way we opened: together, in a circle. In the evening we share a final dinner all together – a warm, celebratory last night in Marrakech, back in the buzz of the city but changed by where we've been. Where we stay: riad in the Marrakech medina Today is about: the journey back, integration, and closing the circle together
