Hi :) I’m Kathi, 29 years old and born in Austria. I already organized many JoinMyTrip group trips and it was always a lot of fun! Traveling is my passion and I truly enjoy planning trips. You can find all my trips when you click on my profile. Or read more about me here: https://www.joinmytrip.com/en/t/tripleader/kathichristalon This time I would like to explore Italy with a small group. We will explore the towns of Rimini and San Marino together, eat amazing Italian food and enjoy the beach!
Ready for a short but unforgettable Italian escape? Begin your trip in Rimini, soaking up the sun on its wide beaches and tasting local seafood along the Adriatic coast. Then we head to San Marino, an independent microstate and one of the world’s oldest republics, where we explore medieval towers and try traditional dishes like piadina and cappelletti.
Accommodation: Depending on the amount of TripMates we will stay in an Airbnb or hotel, the rooms will be shared (with the same gender). But in case you need a private room, please let me know in advance and I will try to arrange it for a slightly higher price :) Let me know if you have any questions! See you soon in Italy!

Unfortunately this trip has commenced or been completed already. But don't worry! We have a lot more similar trips that you could check out.
We will meet in our accommodation in Rimini! After check-in, or depending on everybody's arrival time, we will relax at the beach and swim in the warm Adriatic Sea. In the evening, we can have fresh seafood or handmade pasta at a local trattoria in the lively old town.

San Marino
Day 2-3
We will do a day trip from Rimini to San Marino, it's just an hour away! San Marino is a fully independent country, though it is completely surrounded by Italy. Founded in 301 AD, it claims to be the oldest surviving republic in the world, with its own constitution, parliament, and elected officials. It uses the euro but is not part of the European Union, and it maintains its own postal system, military traditions, and foreign policy. San Marino has no border controls with Italy, but it issues its own passport, stamps, and has permanent seats in international organizations like the UN. Let's wander through the cobbled streets of the historic center, explore the iconic Three Towers, and enjoy panoramic views over the surrounding countryside.

Day 3
On Sunday, we will have some more time to enjoy the beach and shop for some souvenirs before we have to leave our accommodation. If you stay longer, you can store your luggage and explore further. See you on the next trip!
