World Testicle Cooking Championship in Serbia

Admit it. You have watched Andrew Zimmerman and Best Ever Food Review Show on YouTube and said to yourself, "I want to do that too!" I know I have! And now you can do it too. Only this time, there is a chance we can cook our crazy food. The World Testicle Cooking Championship will allow you to taste dishes for an entire weekend made of testicles. The actual championship will be a goulash competition that is made from them. We can either cook goulash or we can cook our own dishes to share. It is more likely we will use those of a cow, but turkey, pig, and goat will be available while supplies last. While there will be dishes served that will not include testicles, this event will likely not be vegetarian or vegan friendly. Sorry guys! Otherwise, come hungry and with an adventurous spirit! We will stay in a hotel (shared rooms) in a nearby village and take a bus to the festival. We will meet on Aug. 31 at our hotel and get to know each other, have dinner, and explore the area. The festival will be held in a small village called Lunjevica in Central Serbia on Sept. 1 and 2nd. We will cook goulash as a team, and admission fee is 2000 rsd which will be included in the cost of the trip. The rules are no other meat will be served in the dish. Only testicles. If you want to cook something other than goulash, the cost isn't added into the trip, but we can split it evenly. If we are all there, we plan on eating it anyways. Food suggestions are: - Dumplings (either with bread only to soak up the goulash or stuffed with testicles) - Testicle chili - Testicle stew - Testicle tacos or burritos - If you have a dish from your country, feel free to make it with testicles!
