This trip is all about blending productivity with a laid-back coastal lifestyle. We’ll be working remotely from a comfortable villa just a short 10-minute walk from some of the clearest, most vibrant blue waters in Protaras. The setting offers the perfect balance: a peaceful home base with a private swimming pool for relaxing breaks, and easy access to the beach whenever we want to switch from work mode to unwind mode. Mornings can start with focused work sessions, fueled by fresh air and sunshine, followed by refreshing dips in the pool or quick walks down to the sea. Afternoons are flexible whether it’s wrapping up tasks from a shaded terrace or heading out to explore nearby beach bars and restaurants. The area is known for its lively yet relaxed atmosphere, making it ideal for casual lunches, drinks by the water, and soaking up the Mediterranean vibe. Evenings are for slowing down-sunbathing, swimming, and enjoying the coastal scenery as the day winds down. With everything within walking distance, there’s no rush just a natural rhythm of work, relaxation, and simple pleasures by the sea.

Hi, I’m Melpo! I’m 32 years old and speak Greek, English, as well as a bit of Spanish and German. I’ve taken part in several co-living experiences over the years and truly enjoy the balance of working independently while also sharing meaningful moments with others. I’d be happy to host you during your stay and create a welcoming, relaxed environment where we can both focus on our work and enjoy some quality time together—whether that’s sharing a meal, heading to the beach, or simply unwinding after a productive day.

We’ll be staying in a modern, newly built villa in the Pernera area of Protaras, complete with a private swimming pool and comfortable sun loungers for relaxing in the sun. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen, giving you the flexibility to cook your own meals or enjoy cooking together from time to time. Accommodation options include a private double bed room or a shared twin room with another guest of the same sex, offering both comfort and choice depending on your preference. If you choose the private double bed room you can join with your partner or a friend without additional cost

The area also offers a variety of beach bars and cafés, so we can enjoy refreshing drinks or a leisurely lunch with a stunning coastal view.

During the weekend, we’ll visit Kalamies Restaurant, a beautiful seaside spot known for its fresh seafood and relaxed atmosphere. Set right by the water, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a long, leisurely meal while taking in the stunning coastal views. Whether it’s a sunny lunch or a dinner by the sea, it’s an experience that perfectly captures the charm of the area.
