Settle in, breathe in the salty sea air, and begin to unwind. In the late afternoon, we’ll gather for our opening circle — a gentle welcome, a short meditation, and an introduction to your guide (me!) and each other. You’ll receive a little welcome pack with grounding essentials for the week, and we’ll discuss

Day 2-3
🧘♀️ Day 2: Sound Journey, Cacao Ceremony, Chocolate Making & Surfing Accommodation: Same guesthouse Included meals: Breakfast This is a high-vibration day of joy, ritual, and playful inner work. After a slow morning yoga or journaling session (self-guided), we’ll start with a powerful sound healing journey, followed by a 2-hour ceremonial-grade cacao experience — a gentle heart-opener that reconnects you to joy and intention. After a break and light lunch, you’ll enjoy a chocolate-making experience led by a professional chocolatier, prepare for sensual, creative, and deliciously luxurious chocolate Late afternoon, we head to Big Bay in Blouberg for a surfing lesson with one of the local surf instructors. Whether you’re new or experienced, it’s about flow and fun, not perfection. That evening, a surprise: we’ll visit the secret Gin Bar and artisan chocolatier in the city’s heart, followed by dinner at a buzzing inner-city ramen or fusion eatery.

Table Mountain
Day 3-4
we rise early for our guided Table Mountain hike (approx. 2.5–3 hours, weather-dependent). At the summit, pause for photos, journaling, or simply to breathe above the city. We’ll descend via cable car. We provide a packed breakfast today Then, a light guided walk through Bo-Kaap, Company’s Garden, and Greenmarket Square — absorbing the stories and colors of Cape Town In the late afternoon, you’ll enjoy a group Thai massage session at En Masse — restoring, realigning, and deserved Another Reiki Session time slot for 1 guest

Cape Peninsula
Day 4-5
Today we explore the southern soul of the Cape — Chapman’s Peak, Noordhoek, Boulders Beach penguins, and Cape Point. The coastal road is stunning — a photographer’s dream. We’ll stop in Kalk Bay to browse quaint shops and soak in village vibes. Lunch is a special wild-foraged ocean-to-table meal with Veld & Sea women in Scarborough — a conscious eating experience like no other. In the evening, we’ll enjoy a traditional South African braai (barbecue) back at our air bnb accommodation — grilled local dishes (including veggie options) and heartfelt conversations around the fire.

Whale Close
Day 5-6
Today we head to Hermanus, the whale-watching capital of South Africa (1.5–2 hrs via scenic Sir Lowry’s Pass ). Between June and November, southern right whales gather close to shore — a soul-stirring sight. We’ll take a cliff path walk, enjoy lunch by the sea (own account), and maybe even spot whales from land. The drive itself, through apple orchards and mountains, is peaceful and breathtaking. You have the option to book a boat ride with one of the whale view noat operators: Highly recommended Return to Cape Town by late afternoon for some downtime or sunset from Signal Hill.

Elgin Railway Market
Day 6-7
Today we board the Elgin Steam Train, a restored vintage locomotive that winds through valleys, orchards, and mountain passes to the charming Elgin Railway Market. At the market, enjoy local food, art, and live music, with plenty of time to wander, sip, and shop. The return ride is dreamy and scenic. In the afternoon or evening, we’ll complete the final 1-on-1 Reiki sessions, followed by a short closing ceremony to honor the Cape leg of our journey.

Day 7-8
We enjoy a stunning game drive at the iconic Aquilla Private Game Rerserve, just 2.5 hours from Cape Town, you will experience wildlife viewing like no other. Home to the Big Five famous wildlife, this is a journey to remember for a lifetime. Depart feeling full, soft, and reconnected — with yourself, with nature, and with the soul of Southern Africa
