Dar es Salaam

Day 5
On the second day, we will have breakfast in the morning, then head for a city walking tour with our guide who will show us different places around Dar Es Salam. We will be visiting The National Museum & House of Culture, The Mwenge Woodcarvers Market, the fish market, Kariakoo bazaar, Missionary house, The Village Museum: To see the traditional architecture of Tanzania ethnic groups, Sultan Seyyid Building and Azania front church. Bottled water will be offered during the tour. Afterwards, we can grab some food, go back to our accommodation to freshen up, and have dinner at The Waterfront restaurant & beach bar (or a different place).
3

Mbudya Island

Day 5
Today, we’re having breakfast, then leaving for Mbudya island. A beautiful island 40-50 minutes drive from Dar Es Salam. This hidden gem is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, with white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. We will spend the day sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, eating and drinking, and having a blast all day long.
4

Nyerere National Park ( Selous Game Reserve )

Day 5
On day 4, We will leave very early in the morning for Nyerere National Park. It’s the largest National Park in Africa and one of the few places in Africa where it’s possible to view wildlife and birdlife from the water. Our activities there include a bush walking adventure and boat safari, with a great chance of spotting the hippos, crocodiles and plenty of different bird species.
5

Zanzibar

Day 5-8
We wake up a little earlier as we’re heading to Zanzibar, where a new adventure awaits us. An island in the Indian Ocean, a two-hour ferry ride from Dar Es Salam. Once we arrive on the island, we will check in to our beautiful accommodation to refresh before a historical tour of Stone Town, wandering through a charmingly beautiful town with colonial architecture. We can visit the Peace memorial museum, Mangapwani slave chamber, the House of Wonders and local markets.
6

Jozani Forest

Day 8
A new adventure begins! We will be heading to Jozani forest (the only national park on Zanzibar Island) in the morning for a 3 hours guided tour through its stunning scenery with an experienced tour guide who will take us on a nature trail, lined with eucalyptus and mahogany trees, and explain the medicinal properties of various plants. The forest is home to several endemic species, including the Zanzibar red colobus monkey. After our guided tour, we will be heading to Siso Farm for a cooking class and Spice tour (lunch included).
7

Kuza Cave

Day 8
Get yourself ready for another beautiful and relaxing day. We’re going to Kuza Cave to swim in remarkably pristine pools, chill and have some fun! Afterwards, we will be going for either a late lunch or dinner at The Rock restaurant. Located on the pristine southeastern coast of Zanzibar, where the white sand beaches meet the crystal-clear ocean waters, this restaurant offers one of the most interesting dining experiences in the world. The restaurant is literally positioned on top of a rock in the middle of the ocean.
8

Zanzibar

Day 8
And so our trip has come to an end, unfortunately. Let’s make the most of our last breakfast together. Depending on your flight time, we can chill for some time. Our driver will be taking you to the airport.
