Trip Itinerary

Cairo
Day 1-2
The first day will be flexible, depending on everyone’s arrival time. Once we’re all together, we can explore some of Cairo's iconic spots, like the Citadel of Saladin, Mohamed Ali Mosque, the Hanging Church, St. Sergius Church, and the Ben Ezra Synagogue. We’ll decide what works best for us. This day will give us a great introduction to Cairo’s rich history and culture. You’ll have the chance to experience the city’s fascinating contrasts and enjoy the beauty of these historical sites.

Pyramids Gardens
Day 2-3
Today, we’ll start with a visit to Great Pyramid of Giza and the Sphinx. We’ll soak in the history of these majestic structures before heading to the Egyptian Museum, where we’ll discover ancient treasures. In the evening, we’ll go on overnight train to Aswan. The train is a modern, air-conditioned sleeper. There’s no shower in the cabin, but each one has a sink, and there’s a shared toilet at the end of each carriage. We’ll enjoy a basicmmeal for dinner and breakfast. If you’d like, you can buy drinks from the attendants or socialize in the bar car.

Aswan
Day 3-4
We’ll arrive in Aswan early in the morning, though the train might be a little delayed. Once we’re there, you’ll have some free time to explore the local souks or take a stroll along the Nile. Later, we’ll board a boat to visit one of the many Nile islands and head to a Nubian village. We’ll walk around the village, explore the fields. Afterward, we’ll enjoy a traditional home-cooked dinner with a local family, giving us a true taste of Nubian hospitality. This is a chance to experience local living and get a real feel for the culture of the region.

Abu Simbel
Day 4-5
Today is all about exploring Aswan. We’ll visit the impressive Temple of Abu Simbel .Abu Simbel Temple is one of Egypt's most impressive ancient sites, located south of Aswan near the Sudanese border. It was built by Pharaoh Ramses II in the 13th century BC and is famous for its massive statues of Ramses II seated at the entrance, as well as its detailed wall carvings depicting his military victories. If we feel like doing more,There’s plenty to see and do in this day, so we can choose to relax or take part in optional activities like shopping at the souk, riding a camel, or enjoying a sound and light show at the Philae Temple.

Kom Ombo Temple
Day 5-6
We’ll start the day with breakfast at the hotel, then board a Felucca (a traditional Nile sailboat) for a relaxing ride to Aswan Bridge. It’s a peaceful way to enjoying beautiful views of the Nile. Next, we’ll visit the Kom Ombo Temple, which sits right on the Nile’s banks. This unique temple is dedicated to the crocodile god, and you can still see the remains of an ancient mummified crocodile that was once worshipped here. Afterward, we’ll continue our journey to Luxor by private vehicle, taking in the scenery along the way. Tonight, we’ll have dinner at a local market in Luxor.

Valley of the Kings
Day 6-7
After breakfast, we’ll head out for a guided tour of some of Luxor’s most iconic sites. We’ll start by crossing to the West Bank to explore the Valley of the Kings, where we’ll visit the tombs of ancient pharaohs. Next, we’ll see the stunning Temple of Hatshepsut, which seems to rise from the surrounding limestone hills. We’ll also visit the impressive Colossi of Memnon, two massive statues that are all that’s left of an ancient templeز

Karnak
Day 7-8
After breakfast, we’ll head to the Karnak Temple, once the center of religious life in ancient Egypt, to marvel at its grand structures and history.Temple of Karnak is one of Egypt's largest and most impressive temple complexes. It was dedicated to the god Amun and was the center of religious life in ancient Egypt, with stunning columns and obelisks. The rest of the afternoon will be free for us to explore Luxor, perhaps visiting the bustling local bazaar for some shopping or simply enjoying the vibrant atmosphere.

Cairo International Airport
Day 8-9
As our unforgettable journey comes to a close, we bid farewell to Egypt with hearts full of cherished memories. We will check out of our hotel and d fly back to Cairo, where the tour officially ends when we arrive at Cairo International Airport in the morning.
