Edinburgh Castle: Iconic fortress with panoramic views. Holyrood Palace: Outlander filming spot & Scottish royal history. Calton Hill: Sunset viewpoints for city skyline photos. Optional: Ghost tour in the Old Town, whisky tasting in a local bar. Day 2 – Edinburgh & Outlander Spots Outlander Locations: Bakehouse Close: Jamie’s print shop (Season 3). Tweeddale Court: Featured as prison entrance. Other Activities: Arthur’s Seat hike (weather permitting). Explore Stockbridge for cafes, boutiques, and street photography.

Day 3-4

Day 3 – Edinburgh → Linlithgow → Glencoe Route: ~4–5 hrs drive with stops Outlander Locations: Midhope Castle (Lallybroch): Jamie’s ancestral home. Blackness Castle: Featured in the series. Linlithgow Palace: Used as Wentworth Prison. Other Highlights: Loch Lomond for scenic photos. Glencoe Valley for dramatic Highland landscapes. Stay: Glencoe or Fort William.
