Tam Cốc – Bích Động - Ninh Bình, Việt Nam
Day 1-3
We spend two relaxed nights in Tam Coc, surrounded by limestone karsts, rivers and rice fields. Getting around is mostly by scooter (scooter can be rented directly on loacation, not included) - everything at easy pace, no rush - with plenty of freedom to explore the area our own way. A guided boat tour through the UNESCO-listed Trang An landscape is included and is one of the highlights of the region. Depending on mood and energy, there’s time to hike up to Hang Mua for panoramic views, visit Van Long Nature Reserve, check out the Thum Nham bird park, or simply enjoy cafés and quiet village roads. Everything is flexible but well prepared, leaving space to enjoy the place rather than rush through it. Entry tickets for sights are not included and are payable in cash on site. Our driver will pick us up in Hanoi directly at our hotel (~ 10:00 am) and bring us directly to our hotel in Tam Coc.

Hội An
Day 3-6
Hoi An is a UNESCO World Heritage town and one of Vietnam’s most atmospheric destinations. Once a bustling port on the ancient spice trade routes, it blends Japanese, Chinese, and French influences into a living museum of culture and charm. By day, its narrow streets glow with yellow-walled houses and riverside cafés; by night, thousands of lanterns reflect on the Thu Bon River, creating a timeless glow. Surrounded by rice fields and just minutes from the beach, Hoi An is where history meets slow living. Check-in is after 2 PM, if you come earlier you may relax at the pool and leave luggage at the villa (homestay) in the meanwhile.

Bãi biển Cửa Đại
Day 6
Soft waves, golden sand, and that quiet local rhythm, Cua Dai Beach is where you slow down. Less crowded than An Bang, it’s perfect for peaceful swims, lazy afternoons or watching fishermen at sunset with a coconut in hand. 🌅 Just 10 minutes from Hoi An’s center, it’s a gentle reminder that not every day needs to be busy - sometimes, the best plan is none at all.

Taboo Bamboo Workshop
Day 6
Step into a creative, hands-on experience in Hoi An at the Tâboo Bamboo Workshop. Learn how local artisans transform raw bamboo into beautiful, functional objects while hearing the stories behind this traditional craft. You’ll work with natural materials, create your own small bamboo piece and gain insight into sustainable design and Vietnamese craftsmanship. Alternatively, we can do a lantern or leather workshop as well 😊

Hoi An Memories Land
Day 6
Hoi An Memories Show & Theme Park (this could be an alternative to the Bamboo Circus Acrobatic Show - or as an extra activity): Spend half a day stepping into Vietnam’s living history - from ancient streets to river parades and lantern-lit bridges. The theme park opens at 4 PM, giving you time to wander its open-air sets and watch some smaller performances before the spectacular show begins at 8 PM. No need for a buffet ticket or dinner reservation - We’ll find cafés, snack stalls and small restaurants throughout the park to grab a local bite or fresh drink before the show. A memorable finish to our trip.
