London is my favourite town, and the place I chose to live in, because is a multicultural town like no other, inclusive, different, stimulating, full of life and with plenty of different things to see and discover. A trip for curious travellers, not common tourists. We'll see the classic London, with its stunning Big Ben, and all the traditional places, the modern London and the old one, nearly unknown, together with its history, people and fascinating places, walking along the river Thames. We'll see most colourful market in town, that's like a little village, and we'll have a dinner in one of the best old pub, as real Londoners
I'm Italian but I live in London, where I work as a tour guide, and I'm a freelance journalist. My tour are not usual: they are about music, interior design, old and new London, historic private houses, less known London. I love travelling and I travelled a lot, and I like to share everything I know about my favourite places.
My trip are comfortable, this is a holiday, so the hotel I chose is a business hotel not far from the central London, and just few minutes walking from a tube station. Day 1-4
1st day Friday 27th February - Italy-London. Arrival at the airport by 3.30 pm and transfer to the central 3/4 star hotel. We'll take a short walk to get to know the nice area, reaching the place where we'll have dinner.

Day 4
Saturday 28th 9.30 CLASSIC LONDON. On the first day we will take a tour of classic London, the royal and political one, starting from Piccadilly Circus, continuing through St James's Park and Buckingham Palace, royal palaces and secret alleys, then we will see Westminster Abbey, certainly one of the most interesting places in the city , then Big Ben, and the Houses of Parliament, one of the most important London buildings for history and architecture, as well as the center of English politics. We will continue to Trafalgar square, the heart of London, among traditional places and curiosities. We will finally arrive at Covent Garden, one of the most characteristic places in London, with its stalls and its musicians. After lunch we will move to the colorful Camden market, one of the most particular in the city. We will have dinner in one of London's historic pubs.

Day 4
Sunday 29th - 9.30 SHAKESPEARE AND LAWLESS LONDON We will start from the City, we will retrace the history of London on a journey that goes from the Middle Ages to the contemporary age, walking along the Thames, the lesser-known city, full of surprises, historical figures and curiosities. We will start from the Royal Exchange, between the skyscrapers, and St Paul, and unknown places, but which are part of English Heritage. We will cross the Millennium Bridge. We will meet The Globe Theatre, Shakespeare's theatre, we will visit Southwark Cathedral, a beautiful church built in layers since Roman times, and we will pass by Borough market, the delicious oldest food market in London. After lunch we will move to the centre, among the shops and lights of Oxford Street and Regent Street, for an afternoon dedicated to shopping, with a stop at Liberty, the shop that gave its name to the Liberty style.

On Monday, October 30th, enjoy a final breakfast at the hotel before departing. Travel by train to the airport, taking in your last glimpses of the city’s charm. Fly back to Italy with unforgettable memories!
