This 9-day journey combines trekking, yoga, mindfulness, cultural immersion, sound healing, and personal reflection into a truly transformational travel experience. Designed for travelers seeking more than a vacation, this experience invites you to slow down, reconnect, and return home with a renewed sense of clarity and purpose. No previous trekking or yoga experience is required.

Hi, I'm Robyn. Five years ago, I lost the life I thought I was supposed to live. Since then, I've traveled the world solo, completed my 500-hour yoga teacher training in India, become a Reiki Healer, and built a life centered around intentional travel, healing, and personal transformation. I believe travel can be so much more than sightseeing. When we step away from our routines, we create space to reconnect with ourselves, gain clarity, and remember who we truly are. This journey through Nepal combines everything I love most: breathtaking mountain landscapes, meaningful cultural experiences, yoga, mindfulness, connection, and adventure. Together with my Nepalese co-host and local guide, Nam Raj, we'll explore the Annapurna region while creating space to slow down, breathe deeply, and experience Nepal in a way that goes beyond the typical trek.I would be honored to share this experience with you.

Throughout the trek, we'll stay in locally owned tea houses and guesthouses in the Annapurna region, offering a comfortable and authentic Himalayan experience. Accommodations are simple, clean, and welcoming, allowing us to connect more deeply with the local culture and mountain environment. In Kathmandu and Pokhara, we'll stay in comfortable boutique-style accommodations. Day 1-3
Day 1 – Arrival in Kathmandu Arrive in Kathmandu and settle into our boutique hotel in the vibrant Thamel district. Meet your fellow travelers, enjoy a welcome dinner, and receive an overview of the journey ahead. Day 2 – Culture, Yoga & Sound Healing Begin the day with Hatha yoga and pranayama before exploring Kathmandu's most sacred UNESCO sites, including Boudhanath, Pashupatinath, and Swayambhunath. End the day with a Himalayan singing bowl sound healing session.

Day 3-4
Day 3 – Fly to Pokhara & Journey to the Mountains Take a scenic flight to Pokhara before continuing to the mountain village of Majhgaon. Settle into your first teahouse and enjoy a gentle stretching session as we prepare for the trek ahead.

Landruk

Day 4-5
Day 4 – Trek to Landruk Our first trek takes us through terraced farmland, forests, and traditional villages. After arriving in Landruk, we'll visit a local Gurung household and unwind with an evening Yin yoga practice.

Ghandruk

Day 5-6
Day 5 – Trek to Ghandruk Journey to one of Nepal's most beautiful mountain villages with spectacular views of Annapurna South and Machapuchare. Enjoy a village walk, sunset meditation, and a mindfulness workshop focused on slowing down and disconnecting from daily distractions.

Pokhara

Day 6-8
Day 6 – Return to Pokhara Start the day with sunrise yoga before returning to Pokhara. Spend the afternoon exploring Phewa Lake, relaxing at a café, or treating yourself to an optional massage. Day 7 – Wellness & Exploration Visit the World Peace Pagoda, Pumdikot Shiva Statue, and other highlights around Pokhara. The day concludes with restorative yoga and meditation overlooking the Himalayas.

Day 8-9
Day 8 – Return to Kathmandu Travel back to Kathmandu and enjoy free time for shopping and exploration. In the evening, we'll gather for a closing ceremony, reflection circle, and farewell dinner. Day 9 – Departure Enjoy breakfast before your private airport transfer. Depart Nepal feeling refreshed, grounded, and inspired by the mountains, culture, and connections made along the way.
