Trip Itinerary
1
Aswan
Day 1-2
We’ll pick you up in Aswan—whether from your hotel, the train station, or the airport. Aswan is simply too beautiful to rush through, so we’ll take our time to explore. We’ll paddle through the first Nile cataracts and discover hidden swim spots and charming beach bars along the way. In the evening, we’ll enjoy a welcome dinner in Aswan followed by a magical sunset paddle in front of Elephantine Island. The next morning, we’ll visit the Tombs of the Nobles before we set off paddling downstream, heading north into the heart of our Nile adventure.
2
Nile
Day 2-6
Days 2–6: Paddle, Explore, and Unwind Each day begins and ends with a peaceful SUP session on the Nile—gliding past palm-lined banks, ancient ruins, and traditional villages. Along the way, we’ll stop to visit historical sites like the temples of Kom Ombo and Edfu, often arriving in quiet hours without the crowds of big tour groups. In between, we relax aboard our felucca, enjoy freshly prepared meals, and take in the rhythm of life on the river. Evenings are spent around the campfire on small Nile islands, under a sky full of stars—a truly unforgettable experience. On Day 6, we arrive in Edfu, where a shuttle will take us to Luxor. There, we’ll spend a relaxed final night in a charming hotel on the Nile’s edge, rounding off the trip in comfort.
3
Luxor
Day 6-7
Day 7: Temples & Tombs of Ancient Thebes On our final day, we dive deep into the wonders of Ancient Thebes. We’ll visit the impressive Temple of Hatshepsut, explore the legendary Valley of the Kings, and walk through the monumental Karnak Temple complex. For those who want an unforgettable finale, there’s an optional sunrise hot air balloon ride over Luxor—floating above temples and the Nile as the sun rises over the desert.
