Summer, sun, beach and sea - and lots of sports! 🌞🏝️🏋🏻 Hey globetrotter 🌍 We are 8 days in a villa on the coast of Tenerife - the most beautiful of the Canary Islands! And the whole thing with like-minded people who not only want to vacation in the sun, but stay fit and educate themselves both sports and nutritional 🌱. We (Roma, Basti & Leo) want to take you on a sports trip. We will stay together in a 16 bed villa in Puerto Santiago in the southwest of the island where we will do sports, cook, hold workshops and just have an awesome time! 🎉 So the trip will be a mix of sports, relaxing on the beach, spending time together in the villa and exploring the island ☺️ Here's what you can look forward to (included): ✔️7 nights in our fitness villa (shared room) with daily workouts, stretching, meditation, etc. ✔️Food, drinks & snacks in the villa (breakfast & dinner included, drinks & snacks in the villa). ✔️Workshops on the topics of sports, nutrition & personal development. ✔️Exploration tours of the island (rental car included) ✔️Photo and video material for your socials (optional) ✔️Live podcast recording of the Momentimpulse podcast. ✔️Transfer or transfer costs from and to the airport ✔️an awesome week with cool people! So it doesn't matter if you are a real athlete or a beginner - the training will be optimized for you. Something about us: Roma: After EIGHT years in the fitness industry and founding Doma GmbH, he has now gained a foothold as a business coach across industries. As an international Zumba instructor, Roma brings the absolute vacation vibe to our fitness villa. Basti: Basti is a self-employed personal trainer & nutritionist with his company BestForm Bastian. He also works as an athletic trainer for the youth of VfL Osnabrück and offers workshops on nutrition, exercise and stress. Through individuality, enthusiasm and empathy Bastian provides the right mix of fun & benefits in his trainings. Every person he works with is close to his heart. Leo: Leo is a travel blogger, social media expert, influencer & podcaster. With over 65 countries traveled under his belt, there is nothing more valuable to him than connecting with like-minded people while traveling and creating memories together.
