Sailing & Diving - Discovery Cruise to the Southern Bahamas

Bahamas | Feb/March 2023 | Modern sailing catamaran >= 40 feet | private cruise 📍Our plan: - Exploring the tropical underwater world while snorkeling and/or diving. - Paradise beaches, turquoise waters, green palm trees. - Sailing suitable for beginners with the trade wind in relatively protected environment of about 700 islands and offshore reefs - Relaxing in beautiful nature and cozy Caribbean villages - Depending on your mood you can eat in local restaurants, beach barbecue or cook your own food. all this we want to enjoy 21 days in the southern Bahamas. On the way we will be on a modern sailing catamaran with watermaker and 4 cabins with private bath/WC from one of the top 3 charter companies worldwide. Diving we want to organize with local dive centers. What is included in the price? The cruise is privately organized. All costs (yacht, board cash, insurances) will be shared equally by all incl. skipper. The charter contract is an annex to the crew contract and therefore completely transparent. With the target crew size of 8 persons the apportionment for yacht as well as insurances (liability, deposit, accident, travel resignation) amounts. Board cash comes in addition and is strongly dependent on the spending behavior (among other things cooking vs. going out to eat). Travel and other activities such as diving are borne by each person. This will be a joint sailing yacht vacation, where we sail together, explore the area, relax and those who want to also dive, as well as decide together where it goes in detail, and everyone can contribute according to their own interests and skills. Who is looking for an all-inclusive cruise, is unfortunately wrong here. If you (m/f, approx. 25 - 45) have desire to plan such trips together or also to join or also simply times to exchange to it, I am pleased to hear from you. In Feb/March 2022 a first two-week trip "only" to the Exumas will take place to get to know the area. With the experience gained, this even longer and further trip will be planned. Since 2008, I was at least 1-2 times a year for at least two weeks at a time so on the road, partly with appropriate providers, partly self-organized, which makes me a lot of fun. I have the corresponding experience (> 52 sea weeks and 10,000 nautical miles) and licenses (including RYA Yachtmaster Coastal and PADI Advanced Open Water Diver). I am looking forward to meeting you!
