Trip Itinerary
1
ACI Marina Dubrovnik
Day 1-2
ACI Marina website: https://aci-marinas.com/marina/aci-dubrovnik/ Please arrive at ACI on Saturday (July 23) between 12:00 and 14:00. We will take some time to go over safety measures and what you will typically do as a crew member. We will also need some provisioning from the nearest supermarket. If arriving by air (DBV), ground transportation is at your own arrangement and cost. (I can connect you with others who might share an Uber.) If arriving by car, parking is available for a fee, though the marina directly. Islands and other towns given here come from the flotilla info page at https://seafarersailing.co.uk/flotillas/croatia/dubrovnik/ (See the "Korcula route" information.) However our actual plan depends on weather. We return to Dubrovnik on Friday 29 July - there will be more time for seeing the town then if you don't get much of it in today.

Slano
Day 2-3
This is where we are likely to go on Sunday, and there will be a punch party on the beach in the bay upon arrival. I haven't been here before but it should be fun! For some pictures reference the site of flotilla.
3
Mljet
Day 3-4
This is where we are likely to go on Monday. Mljet is an island with a national park. We should have some time to go ashore. I have pictures of the island from various angles on the water in my photo journal edition from December 2021.
4
Korcula Old Town
Day 4-5
We are planning to sail here on the day of Tuesday, where there is a medieval town (which is the birthplace of Marco Polo) to explore the surroundings and discover what this place has to offer for us.
5
Lastovo
Day 5-6
Wednesday's sail is slated to bring us to this interesting island...the farthest one off the coast of Croatia where people live year round. It has a cove with an old submarine bunker - and I have pictures of that location and town around the corner as well in my photo journal.
6
Prapratno
Day 6-7
This is a possibility for Thursday, as it will be a "free sailing" day as we make our way back towards Dubrovnik. If not, perhaps we can return to Mljet and explore more of the island. Like the rest of the week, it will be very weather dependent.
7
ACI Marina Dubrovnik
Day 7-8
We return to Dubrovnik on Friday afternoon July 29. We'll step off to stretch our legs around town, and have a great celebratory meal ashore. While it is possible to depart tonight, you can stay onboard and leave Saturday morning (must be off the boat by 9am). If you are flying out of DBV on Saturday, we can share an Uber. (My flight is at 11:20.)
