Hey there, travel mates and remote workers! What do you think about extending your summer time while remote working and learning water sports such kite surf and Wing foil? Join me in November to Spain, Tarifa, for 8 nights/ 9 days co-working trip. While in most of Europe summer is gone by this time, you can escape the clouds and rain 🌨 and still catch summer vibes, in this little beach town located at the very south of Spain. Tarifa is a unique spot because of its location in front of the African coast, beach vibes and water sports culture. Free transportation from/ to the airport will be provided the weekend of arrival and the weekend of departure. Water sports, wetsuits, kites, boards and logistics will be provided by Santi, a cool certified Kite surf instructor from a local school, with many years of experience teaching and managing small groups of students. The idea is to try Kite surf lessons during the week after work, for minimum 3 days + 1 day wing foil (3 hours/day per activity). If you are already experienced on this, our instructor Santi will make sure to adjust to your level. Days/spots and activities should be flexible, depending on weather conditions and the group preferences. As a bonus, we would like to take you one day hiking through the local beaches on the way to the sand dunes of Bolonia. (I can already tell, beaches in Cadiz are probably one of the best in Spain). October and November are great months because we skip the busy summer times, so we'll probably have the whole beach for us. I will be flying the drone to catch our first moves with the board and kite :) Furthermore, Santi, who lives there for many years, says November is the best month to spot amazing sunsets in the sea 🌊☀ . We will also have some free time during the weekend to relax and discover the town and enjoy some local and fresh tasty food/drinks together.

About me: I am Manuel. I like to describe myself as a Peruvian born - Spanish raised, currently living in the Netherlands. Experienced and passionate traveler, who would like to share experiences with like-minded people. I am chill, easy going and willing to help anytime. Looking for 5 travel mates to escape European cold and join this co-working trip, in which we will be introduced to Kite surf and wind foil. I choose Tarifa, as I have been there a few times and it is a great spot, with chill vibes and a generous weather all year long!

Accommodation: We will stay at a spacious apartment named Casa Luna. It has all the necessary facilities for you to feel like at home. It has 4 rooms and 2 full bathrooms + one more toilet, meaning you will share your room with another travel mate for this price. Features a living room, kitchen and garden. On top, you will have at your disposition a swimming pool, which is a shared space for the residents in the building. There is a big table where you can seat for your work, but also there are 2 terraces, where Internet is also available, so you can work outside if you like. Mercadona, the best supermarket chain in Spain because of its quality and price, it is located only one minute walking. There are also cafés nearby, and last but not least: Playa Lances is located only 200 meters from the apartment. Would you like to join me on my upcoming trip? Tarifa

Day 1-9

We will stay at the beautiful Spanish town of Tarifa. The accommodation is a spacious apartment located 200m from Los Lances Beach. Family-friendly urbanization, very quiet and close to a shopping area. It is distributed in 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet and kitchen living room, terrace, porch entrance, backyard and two garage spaces. Community garden and swimming pool available

Valdevaqueros

Day 9

10 km northwest of Tarifa, a short drive along the coastal N340, sits the area's most bustling beach. Valdevaqueros stretches 5 km from a small headland, all the way to Punta Paloma. Packed with kites surfers and relentlessly cool, it's a must for anyone seeking a beach with atmosphere. Here is the spot for our Kite surf lessons.

Bolonia

Day 9

Of course, we will take the chance to discover and walk through the beaches in the area. In Bolonia, the beach merges into a dune landscape. The sand spreads further and further inland due to the strong wind. A dreamlike, unreal landscape to hike and discover.
