Details about this trip
This journey is an invitation to slow down and turn inward. We will spend our time in the Sacred Valley, a place that naturally supports rest, reflection and integration. The focus of this trip is not sightseeing or constant movement, but creating space for inner exploration through plant medicine, ceremonial practices and conscious time together. Through Ayahuasca ceremonies, integration circles and gentle days in between, we allow experiences to settle and unfold at their own pace. This is a journey to reconnect – with yourself, with nature and with what feels essential right now. If you feel drawn to this kind of experience, I’ll be happy to connect.

My name is Pascal. I create spaces for people who feel the need to slow down, step out of everyday roles and explore themselves more honestly. I value clear structures that create safety – and enough openness for things to unfold naturally. I don’t believe in forcing experiences or outcomes. This journey is shaped by my own path, my curiosity and my wish to hold a grounded, respectful space – especially for people who are looking for a familiar and trusting group environment.

We will stay at Paz y Luz, a calm and welcoming place in the Sacred Valley. Everyone will have a private room, offering enough space to rest and integrate. During the days around the Ayahuasca ceremonies, meals will be prepared by a local chef so participants don’t have to take care of anything and can fully focus on the process. This trip requires a minimum of 3 participants. If the minimum group size is not reached, a final decision about adjustments or cancellation will be made at least 31 days before the trip start date. Any changes would always be communicated transparently and agreed together with confirmed TripMates.

Pisac

Day 1-3
We meet in Pisac, where we will be staying throughout the retreat. The first days are about arriving, slowing down and acclimatising to the altitude. There is time to rest, connect with the group or explore the small town and its surroundings at your own pace. On Day 2 we will participate in a Temazcal (sweat lodge) ceremony. This traditional ritual supports physical, emotional and mental cleansing and helps to prepare the body and mind for the deeper work ahead.

Day 3
On Day 3 we visit Kinsa Cocha, which means “Four Lakes” in Quechua. We will go on a hike and take part in a Despacho ceremony, an offering to Pachamama (Mother Earth), focusing on gratitude and connection to nature.

Day 3-10
Back at our accommodation, we slowly move into the preparation phase for the ceremonies. On Day 4 we have an Andean herbal class at the retreat space, learning about traditional plants and their uses. In the evening, there will be a Kirtan singing circle. On Day 5 everyone receives a 1:1 astrological reading. In the evening we gather around the fire, sing together and set our personal intentions for the upcoming Ayahuasca ceremonies. Day 6: First Ayahuasca ceremony (evening–night ceremony). The following morning we meet for integration and group sharing, supported by cacao. Day 8: Second Ayahuasca ceremony, this time held during the day, working with the energy of the sun. Again, the next morning is dedicated to integration, reflection and sharing. Between and after the ceremonies there is space for rest, silence, nature, conversations and personal integration.
