The group size is relatively small in order to ensure this can happen in the best possible way and to give us the chance to become closer and connected as a group. Additionally it helps us to connect better with with locals, travel quicker and with a lot more ease and comfort. This adventure combines my huge love for this country, where I have lived and travelled for 5 years, the culture and the people, as well as my passion and love for bringing people together and creating joyful, meaningful and holistic experiences. You are spending a lot of money to go on an adventure with people you have never met.. SO, it is important that each of us bring and create an environment that is open, allowing us to be ourselves and to make the most out of each moment, to create memorable experiences and connections together, and to share an inner journey with a group of unique individuals - bringing with you a precious memory, but also leaving a mark on your life and your inner journey! To do that, I will be your guide in the sense that I will plan and arrange the logistics, but I will also offer various tools and moments for meditations, games, and other exercises and activities that bring awareness and reflection to our experiences, within the group and in our travels.. It will support us to keep our energy levels high and travel with more joy, adventure playfulness, and presence - bringing more consciousness to the way we connect with each other, how we relate to ourselves in new places and in new experiences that we share together. DESTINATION: Vietnam is a country rich in landscapes, culture, food, and a variety of adventures. there are many unique and picturesque places to visit.. About me: My whole life I have followed what inspires me, in work relationships, hobbies, adventures and education, and it has taken me to various places and a big variety of experiences. I have felt at home as well as lost in different places around the world, but the various connections and experiences have enriched my life, opened me up and brought me to living from a place of trust in life, in myself, and in the present moment. What inspires me most is facilitating or organizing experiences and events that connect people, through education, adventure, creativity or growth. At the moment I have a few different jobs. I am working as a trainer for teenagers in international schools, teaching on the topic of leadership. Aside from that I also work with social media, graphic design and videography & editing. I am also studying and working in group therapy, meditation & energywork.

ACCOMODATION: The first 3 nights we will have our own room where we will 6 dorm beds in a funky hostel in Ha Noi. After that our accommodation will be a series of homestays, either sharing a double bed, multiple twin beds in a bungalow, or multiple double beds. Hanoi

Day 1-4
Founded over 1000 years ago, Vietnam’s capital city is rich in history, with the streets of its rambling Old Quarter dating back to the 14th century. The tree-lined lanes filled with crumbling colonial facades will take you back in time. This ancient city has a great and lively character, with modern cafes, world-class restaurants, a buzzing street life, and cool art galleries. When the sun goes down, you have your pick of markets, from sophisticated rooftop bars to buzzing bia hơi "beer streets". Day 1 - Arrival day Day 2 - After the first night in our hostel and a small morning meditation, we will take the morning of the first full day to enjoy a typical Vietnamese breakfast with proper introductions, bonding over jetlag, travel stories and discussing our programme for the coming 2 weeks. During the day we will explore the neighbouring district Hoan Kiem, also known as the Older Quarters, to taste egg-coffee in the Old, explore the narrow streets, local markets & shops, and the urban jungle architecture. If the train tracks are open, we will pass by the rail cafe to get a fresh juice. After dinner at a local Vietnamese restaurant, we will watch the traditional Water puppet show, before exploring the night market, beer streets & the weekend festivities happening around the lake. Day 3 - Starting the day with yoga and meditation. After breakfast we will visit the famous Long Bien bridge. It was the first steel bridge in Hanoi and one of the first bridges erected in Vietnam by French colonists. It crosses the Red River and connects two districts of Hanoi, namely Hoan Kiem and Long Bien. We will stop on the bridge to walk down onto the "Banana Island", where we can walk around Banana trees and get some beautiful views on the city and the red river. At the end of the day we will enjoy a local Vietnamese buffet to get nourished for our adventure. After dinner we will have time to enjoy a drink on the lake, and we will take a moment for a small exercise, bringing some awareness to our experience thus far, and setting an intention for the upcoming trip.
