Day 2-4
Fly to Srinagar, where we slow down and soak in the peaceful charm of Kashmir. We’ll stay in a cozy cottage near Dal Lake, waking up to misty waters and the sounds of nature. Glide across the lake in a traditional shikara boat, explore the vibrant old town with its ancient mosques and spice-scented markets, and sip chai in hidden teahouses. Our yoga and meditation sessions take place in nature, allowing us to connect deeply with the serenity of our surroundings before we begin our Himalayan journey.

Kargil
Day 4
Our adventure through the mountains begins as we leave Srinagar and travel to Kargil, a historic Silk Route town surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. Along the way, we pass rugged valleys, emerald rivers, and isolated monasteries. We’ll pause for chai at scenic viewpoints, soaking in the grandeur of the Himalayas. Arriving in Kargil, we settle in for the night and enjoy a relaxing yoga session.

Leh
Day 4-8
Arriving in Leh, we step into a world of high-altitude desert landscapes, ancient Buddhist culture, and spiritual depth. Over the next four days, we immerse ourselves in the Ladakh Festival (Sept 21-24), a vibrant celebration of local traditions with masked dances, music, and colorful processions. This is also where our yoga and meditation practice deepens, with daily sessions designed to align mind, body, and breath. We will visit ancient monasteries, where the sound of chanting monks will lift and enhance our meditation practise. Over these four days, there's time for journaling, self-reflection, and simply being present in this sacred land.... oh and I have a favourite cafe in the heart of Leh market, so I'll make sure you get your coffee fix.

Nubra Valley
Day 8-9
We leave Leh and travel to Nubra Valley, an otherworldly landscape where golden dunes meet snow-capped peaks. Here, we see Bactrian camels, remnants of the old Silk Route, and stay in a tented camp under the vast Himalayan sky. This is a night for storytelling, stargazing, and soaking in the magic of Ladakh’s wild beauty.

Journeying to Pangong Lake, we reach one of Ladakh’s most breathtaking sights—a turquoise lake stretching between India and Tibet, reflecting the endless sky above. We spend the night in lakeside tents, wrapped in stillness and wonder, with time to simply sit, breathe, and take it all in.
