Day 3-4
Day 3: Drive from Kathmandu to Soti Khola (710m) Today, we begin our adventure with a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Soti Khola, the starting point of the trek. The journey takes around 8–9 hours by private jeep, passing through terraced fields, rivers, and local villages along the Budhi Gandaki River. > Overnight in a teahouse in Soti Khola.

Day 4-5
Day 4: Trek from Soti Khola to Machha Khola (900m) The trek begins! Walk through dense forests, waterfalls, and narrow trails carved into the hillside. Pass small Gurung villages and cross suspension bridges over the Budhi Gandaki River. The trail is scenic but can be rocky and uneven in parts. Trek duration: 6–7 hours > Overnight in a teahouse at Machha Khola.

Day 5-6
Day 5: Trek from Machha Khola to Jagat (1,410m) Follow the Budhi Gandaki River through narrow gorges and forests. Cross several suspension bridges and pass hot springs at Tatopani. After a few uphill and downhill sections, reach Jagat, a beautiful stone-paved village and official entry point to the Manaslu Conservation Area. Trek duration: 6–7 hours > Overnight in a teahouse at Jagat.

Day 15
Day 15: Drive from Dharapani to Besisahar and onward to Kathmandu After breakfast, enjoy a scenic drive from Dharapani to Besisahar by jeep or local vehicle. From Besisahar, continue by tourist bus or private vehicle back to Kathmandu. Arrive in the city in the afternoon or evening, marking the end of your incredible Manaslu Circuit adventure.
