Soti Khola
Day 3-4
Day 3: Drive from Kathmandu to Soti Khola (710m) Today, we begin our adventure with a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Soti Khola, the starting point of the trek. The journey takes around 8–9 hours by private jeep, passing through terraced fields, rivers, and local villages along the Budhi Gandaki River. > Overnight in a teahouse in Soti Khola.

MACHHAKHOLA BAZAR
Day 4-5
Day 4: Trek from Soti Khola to Machha Khola (900m) The trek begins! Walk through dense forests, waterfalls, and narrow trails carved into the hillside. Pass small Gurung villages and cross suspension bridges over the Budhi Gandaki River. The trail is scenic but can be rocky and uneven in parts. Trek duration: 6–7 hours > Overnight in a teahouse at Machha Khola.

Jagat Guest House
Day 5-6
Day 5: Trek from Machha Khola to Jagat (1,410m) Follow the Budhi Gandaki River through narrow gorges and forests. Cross several suspension bridges and pass hot springs at Tatopani. After a few uphill and downhill sections, reach Jagat, a beautiful stone-paved village and official entry point to the Manaslu Conservation Area. Trek duration: 6–7 hours > Overnight in a teahouse at Jagat.

Deng
Day 6-7
Begin with a gentle climb through terraced hills and forested trails. Pass charming villages like Sirdibas and Philim, where Tibetan influence becomes more visible. The trail narrows as you enter a beautiful gorge, eventually arriving at Deng, a small village surrounded by cliffs and greenery. Trek duration: 6–7 hours > Overnight in a teahouse at Deng.

Namrung
Day 7-8
Day 7: Trek from Deng to Namrung (2,630m) Today’s trail offers changing landscapes—from lush forest to alpine terrain. Cross suspension bridges and pass through Rana and Bihi villages, where Tibetan culture becomes more prominent. Enjoy your first glimpses of snow-capped peaks as you gradually ascend to Namrung, a peaceful village with stunning mountain views. Trek duration: 6–7 hours

Day 8-9
Day 8: Trek from Namrung to Lho (3,180m) Start the day with a steady climb through pine and rhododendron forests. Pass Tibetan-style villages like Lihi and Sho, with stunning views of Manaslu, Himalchuli, and Ganesh Himal. Arrive at Lho, a charming village with a beautiful monastery and incredible sunset views of Mt. Manaslu. Trek duration: 4–5 hours > Overnight in a teahouse at Lho.

Samagaun
Day 9-10
Today’s trek takes you through beautiful alpine meadows and forests with breathtaking views of Mt. Manaslu. Explore the traditional village of Samagaun, home to ancient mani walls and several Buddhist monasteries. This is a great place to rest and soak in the peaceful mountain atmosphere. Trek duration: 3–4 hours > Overnight in a teahouse at Samagaun.

Day 10-11
Day 10: Acclimatization Day in Samagaun (3,530m) Take a rest day to acclimatize at Samagaun. You can explore nearby areas such as the Manaslu Base Camp or visit Pungyen Gompa (monastery). This day helps your body adjust to the altitude and prepares you for the challenging crossing of the Larke La Pass ahead. Activities: Short hikes, cultural visits, and rest > Overnight in a teahouse at Samagaun.

Samdo
Day 11-12
Day 11: Trek from Samagaun to Samdo (3,860m) Begin your trek with a gradual ascent from Samagaun to the small village of Samdo, nestled beneath the high Himalayan peaks. Samdo is a traditional Tibetan-influenced village and the last stop before the challenging Larke La Pass. Enjoy panoramic views and prepare for the next day’s high-altitude crossing. Trek duration: 3–4 hours > Overnight in a teahouse at Samdo.

Dharamsala
Day 12-13
Day 12: Trek from Samdo to Dharmashala (4,460m) via Larke La Pass (5,160m) Today is the most challenging and rewarding day as you cross the Larke La Pass, the highest point of the trek at 5,160 meters. The trek involves a steep climb, breathtaking views of surrounding peaks, and a thrilling descent to Dharmashala (also called Bhimtang), a high-altitude resting place with spectacular mountain scenery. Trek duration: 8–9 hours > Overnight in a teahouse at Dharmashala.

Bimthang
Day 13-14
Day 13: Trek from Dharmashala (Bhimtang) to Bimtang (3,720m) After the tough crossing of Larke La Pass, today is a gentler descent through alpine meadows and high pastures. Enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and experience traditional Tibetan villages as you make your way to Bimtang, a peaceful village known for its natural beauty. Trek duration: 4–5 hours > Overnight in a teahouse at Bimtang.

Dharapani
Day 14-15
Day 14: Trek from Bimtang to Dharapani (1,860m) Today you descend through forests and terraced fields, passing through traditional villages. The trail gradually lowers altitude, leading you back toward the lower valleys. Reach Dharapani, a lively village where the trek officially ends. Trek duration: 6–7 hours > Overnight in a teahouse at Dharapani.

Besisahar
Day 15
Day 15: Drive from Dharapani to Besisahar and onward to Kathmandu After breakfast, enjoy a scenic drive from Dharapani to Besisahar by jeep or local vehicle. From Besisahar, continue by tourist bus or private vehicle back to Kathmandu. Arrive in the city in the afternoon or evening, marking the end of your incredible Manaslu Circuit adventure. Travel time: Approx. 8–9 hours total > Overnight in Kathmandu (optional, not included).
