special Mix of city and naturalistic visits
Do you want to visit Ireland and see the most of it while spending the least? I got you! Come with me on a marvelous trip to Ireland this August. You will get to see the principal cities: Dublin, Galway and Cork, the most wanted places as the Cliffs of Moher and the ring of Kerry while stopping in more hidden gems as the Poulnabrone Dolmen and the amazing town of Clifden in which experience the real pub's live music while drinking the local beer or cyder and get the chance to see the marine life up close.

About me: Hello, my name is Keira, I am almost 26 and I am Italian. In 2019 I discovered my deep passion for traveling and getting to experience new cultures. Last summer I went for the first time in Ireland, I didn't expect to fall in love so much with the country, since my first visit in 2022 I've been in Ireland other 3 times! I am a really friendly person, I do at least 1 solo travel per year in which I always make new friends, get ready to meet people and be spontaneous. For me, it's really important to plan everything but also to leave space for curiosity and adventure. If you are a dynamic person who likes to joke around, explore and be curious, I'm the travel buddy for you!

Our accommodation: In order to keep our expenses as low as possible in a country that is quite expensive, we will be staying at 2 hostels, one in Doublin, one in the Connemara National Park and a hotel in Cork. All the facilities except the hotel in Cork were previously booked and visited by me. The quality of the accommodation will not be bad, but do not expect royal treatments. In the hostels both rooms and bathrooms will be shared, but for the last 4 days in Cork you will have only one travel buddy to share both bedroom and bathroom. The second hostel in the Connemara national park will give you an amazing good morning with its spectacular views and total peaceful quietness. So, are you ready? Join now and let's get to know each other!

Trip Itinerary
1

Dublin

Day 1-3
Welcome to the beginning of our trip! The 12th August, we will all meet in Dublin and get to experience the city by evening and night after checking-in at our hostel. On the 13th August, after a good night of sleep, I will bring you to explore the city while teaching you about the history and the culture of the city. On this day, we will visit St. Patrik Church and Dublin's Castle. You will have some free time in which I will suggest some optional activities.
2

Galway City

Day 3
The 14th August we will take a bus to Galway early in the morning, here I will accompany you through the city and we will have lunch. After eating, we will take the car rental and leave for our next stop.
3

Connemara National Park Viewpoint

Day 3-4
We will drive through the Connemara national park (if you are a potterhead get ready to be excited!!) and arrive to our hostel situated in the middle of the park. After the check-in we will go to the amazing town of Cliffden to get dinner and experience some authentic live music and drink some good beer.
4

Cliffs of Moher

Day 4
On the 15th August we will be driving through a piece of West costal Route stopping by Poulnabrone Dolmen and the amazing Unesco Site of the Cliffs of Moher and finally arrive in Cork. As we will not have a tight schedule, we will be able to make some extra stops if we feel like exploring some more.
5

Cork

Day 4-8
The last four days will be a mix of relaxation and adventure. On the 16th August we will explore Cork in the morning, have a great lunch at the marina market where you will be able to satisfy which ever craving you may have. In the afternoon we will take a bus to the town of Cobh to visit the famous cathedral and, for those who are interested, it will be able to visit the small museum that is treasuring some objects from the Lusitania and Titanic ships. We will then go back and enjoy the evening in total relax.
6

Ring of Kerry

Day 8
On the 17th August, we will be joining an amazing day tour hosted by a local company. We will get to visit The ring of Kerry, the Dingle bay, Killarney and other characteristic villages. As this tour will take the whole day, we won't do anything else.
7

Whale Watch West Cork

Day 8
On the 18th August, as it will be the last full day, I prepared something special... We will go WHALE WATCHING!! Get ready to see and learn about the local marine life and explore both the ground and the marine area of the town of Baltimore. We will rent a car to go and come back, as the bus schedule and prices are not convenient. As I will book the tour in the afternoon, you will have some free time in the morning to sleep in, explore better spots of Cork that you liked or do some shopping.
8

Cork City

Day 8
Get ready for a marvelous goodbye, for the last night, I propose a nice dinner at one of Cork's most popular locals, we will get the chance to have dinner on an amazing rooftop while watching over all the city at sunset and, if we feel like it, afterwards we can go for a last beer/cyder. This activity is completely optional but highly recommended.
9

Dublin Airport

Day 8
Unfortunately, the time to part has come. On the 19th August morning we will take a bus to go back to Dublin and take the flight to go back home. The price of this transfer in included in the trip cost, but can deduct it if you will decide to leave from Cork.
