Hello everyone! How would you feel about spending 2 weeks working remotely in the beautiful Spanish island of Tenerife? I am currently looking to share an apartment with 4 more working travel buddies in the northern coast of the island, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife! The idea would be to travel around the island by car after work, and take on more serious hikes on the weekend like Mount Teide! The Canary Islands are sort of like the Hawaii of the Atlantic: idyllic beaches, breathtaking nature as well as lively towns and a diverse climate which varies a lot depending on where you are in the archipelago. About me: My name is Federico and I'm a 25 year old ProTripLeader from Italy. My and my family have been travelling to the Canary Islands for 15 years. In addition to English and Italian I also speak Spanish fluently, so it won't be a problem if you don't speak the language, I can get you anywhere you want! About the costs: Accommodation and trip leader fee included, where as the car costs will be calculated when we get there. Federico is a very easy-going, empathic & open tripleader. Takes us to local bars, restaurants & places where he talks in perfect Spanish. Makes sure that there is a nice cohesion between the groupmember & gives enough freedom to do your own thing as well.
Playa de Las Américas is a lively resort, full of clubs, discos, bars, nightclubs, shops and restaurants. You can dance to the rhythm of salsa, merengue and bachata in the San Telmo shopping centre, where you can taste typical dishes in the numerous restaurants, for guaranteed fun until late.

Playa de Los Cristianos is an urban beach equipped with numerous tourist services and a great offer of water sports. It is a beach of golden sand much loved by tourists thanks to the calm waves that break on the shore and an urban landscape filled with bars, restaurants with international cuisine and many shops.

Teide National Park

Mount Teide is the symbol of Tenerife: a volcano that dominates the whole island with its 3718 meters of height, located at the northern end of the most famous park in Spain, the Parque National del Teide, which covers an area of 189 square kilometres, located in the centre of Tenerife. Numerous paths unravel across the terrain, passing alongside rock formations and reaching the top of the volcano. Though the park gives its best during the summer, it is wonderful to visit at any time of the year.

Masca

Located in the northwestern part of the island, at the foot of the Teno Mountains, the Masca Valley is one of the most picturesque sights in Tenerife. The road to the village is breathtaking, taking you through deep ravines interlaced with lush green flora and winding roads.

Santa Cruz de Tenerife

Santa Cruz de Tenerife is the largest city on the Canary Island, and despite being overshadowed by the island's natural wonders, it has many attractions to offer, including the beautiful beach of Las Teresitas. Santa Cruz will amaze you with its people-friendly city centre, the many squares and gardens and even a castle in the outskirts!
