I'm looking for 4 to 5 travel buddies (guys/girls) between 20 to 40 years old who like to walk to join me on the trip exploring traditional architecture in Bali and Lombok, Indonesia. Other than their unique aesthetics, there are so many things to learn from traditional architecture because every part of the structure have philosophical meanings.

If you are like me, then we are going to get along just fine!

Trip Itinerary
1
Denpasar
Day 1-2
We will start our journey in Denpasar, the capital city of Bali. Here we will be doing some discussions about the best way to do our journey. I don't constraint myself with itinerary, they are merely a guideline for me rather than a schedule. So I'd like to hear from you guys what would you like to explore and see if we can manage to do that. In the mean time, we can do a bit of sight seeing in the city together!
2
Penglipuran Village
Day 2-3
The first stop of our traditional architecture exploration is probably the most popular traditional village in Bali. This place is rich of Balinese traditional architecture and we can talk a lot about that while we are exploring the rich culture and history of Balinese people.
3
Desa Tenganan
Day 3-4
The next stop of our traditional architecture exploration is Tenganan, a traditional village located in the east side of Bali Island. You will see traditional architecture you wouldn't find anywhere else here. Also there are other interesting place near this village to explore as well! I will make sure to leave room for some improvisation!
4
Sade Village
Day 4-6
While Bali and Lombok are neighboring islands, their cultures are quite different with each other. You will see that once you visit this place. The Architecture are not quite as extravagant as Balinese traditional architecture, but still as interesting. The traditional architecture mostly made of bamboo and straws. The village is also known for its traditional textile.
5
Mandalika Beach
Day 6-8
Probably one of the most popular beach in Lombok. It's a perfect place just to regroup and take a little breath after a long journey. Gather up some energy, relaxing around the beach, and get ready for the next journey. I will make room for some improvisation here as well. I'm sure we can come up with something.
6
Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park
Day 8-9
Garuda Wisnu Kencana is a cultural park devoted to the Hindu god Wisnu and his mount divine bird Garuda. The park contain a giant statue of Wisnu and Garuda and fair to say that the monument is the landmark of Bali Island.
7
Tanah Lot
Day 9-10
We are not talking about Balinese architecture without visiting the most iconic temple in the whole island. I'm sure you've seen the picture of it somewhere. It is an iconic temple on top of rock formation just by the beach.
8
Denpasar
Day 10-12
Back to Denpasar City for our final adventure. We are gonna improvise in the last day before we bid farewell to each other. Like I said, I'm not a textbook traveler, I'd like a bit of unexpectedness. Let's gather some ideas on what to do here and I'm sure we can find
