Come with me as we explore Winchester - the old capital city of England (before London) - as we visit beautiful buildings, rustic landscapes and even have an immersive Saxon experience.
About me: I'm Josh and I am from Hampshire, England. I love to explore unique, interesting places and am always looking for places to visit that most people don't think of. I'm very well-travelled, but this time I am looking forward to welcoming you to England!
Accommodation: We will stay in a house in the city of Winchester. Everyone will have their own bedroom. The bathroom will be shared. There will be Wi-Fi available, and we will be close to the shops in case anyone would like to buy snacks or other necessities. If there are any extra amenities you may need, then please let me know. Josh was really good - he was really informed about the city and all the things he had arranged were very fun and enjoyable! I loved spending the weekend with him and my other tripmates :) The city was incredibly beautiful and the place we stayed was very cute and cosy. Josh was a nice person to talk to before and during the trip. He answered any questions I had and always made sure I was okay with anything we were doing. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to go on a trip! :D
We will all arrive at the accommodation in Winchester. Depending on the time of day everyone arrives, we can go for a walk or just chill out in the accommodation. In the evening, we will find a nice place to eat and have drinks and get to know each other. Perhaps, we can have something authentically British - like fish & chips! We can also go for a nice drive around the countryside if it's not too dark.

Day 2-3
We will get up early and start our tour around Winchester. We will visit many beautiful places including the beautiful Winchester Cathedral and the Winchester Great Hall which contains the fabled Round Table of King Arthur. We will also have an immersive Anglo-Saxon experience at one of the Winchester museums. After we visit these three places, we will aim to visit some of the beautiful Grade 1 listed buildings in Winchester. Depending on the time and how fast we are, we might not get to visit all of them, but anything we don't get to do, we can do the next day!

Day 3
This is the last day of the trip. We will get up early again and finish doing whatever we didn't get to do the day before. Or if you want to go off and do your own thing before you leave, then that's fine too. As everyone will be leaving on a different flight, you will be free to leave at any time you need to during the day. If you want to stay to the end of the day, then we can go for a walk in the town and visit some shops for souvenirs. I will head home once the last person leaves. Hopefully, I will see you again on a future trip!
