Santa Cruz de Tenerife
Day 1-2
During your stay you will sleep in an Airbnb in Santa Cruz, the capital of Tenerife. It's a nice city with shopping areas, lots of restaurants and beautiful parks. Since everyone will very likely arrive at different times, arrivals day will be mostly to walk around town, get to know each other and charge your batteries for the next days. I chose Santa Cruz as the place to stay as its a cool town and a good base to explore the island.

Igueste
Day 2-3
A small village right at the edge of the Anaga mountain chain. We can take an early hike (around an hour) to a beautiful viewpoint over the ocean. If we are lucky with the visibility we can see El Teide and the next door island of Grand Canaria. After that, we'll cool down in Gaviotas beach, one of my favorites and cruise around Santa Cruz for a bit.

Costa Adeje
Day 3-4
Today its time to see the south side of the island. Starting at the kite/windsurfing mecca of El MΓ©dano, with its vibrant life and cute seaside restaurants, and onto a hippie beach on Costa Adeje, west side of the island. To finish off we can grab a sunset beer at a lovely viewpoint which overlooks the village of Masca and where we can usually see the islands of La Gomera and La Palma.

Teide National Park
Day 4-5
Time to explore Teide National Park. At an astonishing height of 3715m, it's Spain's highest mountain, being on volcanic landscape and enjoying the natural park is definitely a once in a lifetime experience. After checking out the park, we will make our way back down to the coastline to relax at some natural pools and see the historical town of La Laguna.

5
Garachico
Day 5-6
Starting off at the northwestern part of the island, we will visit yet another lovely viewpoint that overlooks the islands La Gomera and La Palma. After that, it's time to cool off by jumping into different natural pools at the village of Garachico and Buenavista del Norte. On our way back to Santa Cruz we will take a quick stop at the banana museum π in Icod de los Vinos. You will get to know the history and the importance of this fruit for the island.

Puerto de la Cruz
Day 6-7
On our last day, we are heading to the Puerto area to explore the coastline trail and then chill out at Socorro beach, one of our favorites. After that, time to check out the historic town center of the city and have an arepa at (in my opinion) the best arepera in town.
