Guided trip
I'm Russell, a Japanese guide enthusiast; grab your shades and sun block for an island adventure! We will see wonderful clear seas around the Okinawa chain of islands. See breathtaking views of the ancient castles to white sand beaches. Spend your time in the city-life of Naha City and island-life in Kume. This trip will include some sightseeing in Naha, Okinawa and exploring the island of Kume. Our stays will be in the Naha Downtown area and on Kume island. Ideally, we will try to get everyone to be in the same accommodation or at least very near to each other. If you have a certain place you want to visit? Please ask me beforehand. I could slightly change the trip's plan or rearrange. Here are the highlights for Naha: ✔️ Shurijo Castle ✔️ Hantagawa Park ✔️ Shikinaen Royal Garden ✔️ Big Rock Park ✔️ Tsuboya Yachimun Street ✔️ Dori Shopping Street ✔️ Tomigusuku ✔️ Former Japanese Navy Underground Headquarters Museum and Kaigungo Park ✔️ Ruins of Tomigusuku Castle and Park with city view. ✔️ Okinawa Karate Hall and Sport Complex Here are the highlights for Kume Island: ✔️ Kumejima Cultural Center and Museum ✔️ The Uezu Residence ✔️ Goeda Pine of Kume ✔️ Mifuga Rock ✔️ Yajiyagama Cave ✔️ Tatami Rock ✔️ Kumejima Sea Turtle Museum ✔️ Namida Rock ✔️ Fukugi Row of Trees ✔️ Zenchū Nakahara Birthplace ✔️ Tunnaha Forest park ✔️ Tsumugi Weaving Pavilion ✔️ Hiyajo Banta Cliff ✔️ Uegusuku Castle Ruins ✔️ Ifu Beach ✔️ Kumejima Firefly Museum ✔️ Yachimun Pottery Gallery and Workshop ✔️ Seal Gachi Bridge 💰 The trip price will cover the following: - All the Hotels/Hostels (Please let me know on your preferences) - The traveling cost of monorail, bus and ferry - Camping rental, Bicycle rental, and BBQ Party (This fee is still under planning) - Possibly some group admission to some venues - The guide's WiFi hot-spot - The guide's counseling and accompanying services *** Due to Japan's COVID restrictions, there might be requirements for travelers.
