San Miguel de Cozumel
Day 4
WEDNESDAY: Opening Circle & Mayan Bee Sanctuary Before we Visit the Mayan Bee Sanctuary. We have an introduction at the beach at Playa del Carmen Beach at 1 PM Cancun time. With a scooter we will visit the Mayan Bee Santuary. After we come back from this serene space in nature among plants, flowers and a Cenote where sacred Mayan bees build hives grown in hollowed-out trunks. We will learn how they produce their honey, because their honey is considered a gift from the gods according to Mayan folklore. We will talk about the bees and our visit at the Sanctuary at a Pristine beach on Cozumel in an opening circle of the retreat, there is room to snorkel and we are closing the first day with dinner & drinks at The Cabana Beach - Chankanaab before we drive back by scooter to the Centre of Cozumel. We go by a ferry round trip to Cozumel from Playa Del Carmen. And go by scooter along the beach to enjoy Cozumel Island Duration: 4 activities + 2 hours Laser coaching

THURSDAY full day & Whale Sharks Today we Enjoy the comfortable round-trip taxi transportation from Playa del Carmen to Cancun and a boat excursion includes express breakfast at Cancun marina, snacks, drinks, and lunch. A unique opportunity to swim with whale sharks in the Mexican Caribbean. Duration: 3 activity + 2 hours laser coaching

FRIDAY & Cleansing Session Today will have a spiritual session, which is called Temazcal. This is a traditional Mexcian Steambath to purify the body, and balance mind, body and spirit.To facilitate the New you and the new insight you found within this Retreat. Breathing into New experiences will encounter old blockages. This can be confrontational before you feel the benefit of the freedom it actually gives you. We will be guided through a series of rituals that will open the way to a new foundation, a ‘clean’ sleeve to build your new life on. Letting go of the old self, letting go of old beliefs, letting go of old structures you have built and tapping into your future self, the new you. Because only you can decide to step into this space. This will help you to facilitate the new you reach your Dreamlife faster and truly step into your new emotional space. THE AFTERNOON IS TO PERCOLATE ON THE RETREAT TO JOURNAL & REFLECT. After freshen up, we have a closing circle at 6 PM at the Punta Esmaralda Beach
