Hello together! A few years ago I have already lived half a year in Las Palmas (Gran Canaria) and dream since then to return there again for a "Workcation". I want to fulfill this dream and would like to take you with me! I have thought about the absolute highlights of this beautiful island to make sure that we can see all of them besides our work. Of course you don't have to come along on all the trips or you can come along if you don't have to work. We will have a rental car for one week and will have to coordinate with each other. I am sure we will have an unforgettable time with summer temperatures to the otherwise so dreary January time! Location & Accommodation: Regarding the perfect location, I thought about it for a long time. I love, Las Palmas - is it compared to the south not at all touristy, there are many cool bars, cafes and restaurants. With the Las Canteras beach, the city also has a really nice beach. However, it is always 2-3 degrees colder in Las Palmas than in the south and at this time of year that can make the difference whether you can still jump into the sea or not. Therefore, the trip starts in the south of the island in Pasito Blanco near Maspalomas. Here we will live in a cottage with access to a pool and on the beach. After 5 nights we move again to Las Palmas for the last weekend. Here we occupy an apartment with panoramic views over the old town and the harbor. in both accommodations we have 3 bedrooms + living room / kitchen / dining area. Car: I booked a car for a week incl. fully comprehensive insurance without deductible. Activities: - 4.5 hour catamaran tour incl. food, drinks, snorkeling gear, SUP, kayak. - Walk through the dunes at Maspalomas - Walk through the "little Venice" of Gran Canaria "Puerto de Mógan - Hike at Roque Nublo, for the sunset at Pico de las Nieves - Hike to the most beautiful dream beach of the island "Guigui - Tapas Night in Las Palmas - Natural pools in Agaete - And many more optional possibilities: Surf course, rum distillery in Arucas, Bandama Nature Park (hiking in the volcano crater), more secluded beaches, kayaking, snorkeling, etc. Included in the price: - Accommodation in double room, single room subject to availability + 200€. - car incl. fully comprehensive insurance without excess for one week excl. fuel costs - twice working in a coworking space (once Nomads + once Repeople in Agaete) - 4,5-hour trip on a catamaran incl. snacks, local drinks and the possibility to jump into the sea (snorkel, kayak, SUP Excluded: - Gasoline costs - food costs (we try to cook as often as possible and share the costs among the travelers) - other excursions - journey I am really looking forward to meeting you!
