ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! I try to keep it as short as possible: Daniel had an old, wrong description of his trip online (different place - Uluwatu was promised instead of Ubud where he actually booked the house, the description also said it would be a “beach house” and “close by the beach” which obviously isn’t the case in Ubud). I booked a Coworking trip and asked him several times if other people have joined not only because I thought it was more fun but I also have to look out for my safety as a female solo traveler. In the end I had to cancel the trip as I was the only person joining and the location of the house wasn’t as described at all. I found a couple that would have taken my spot/room but Daniel didn’t want that. He offered to pay me the money back in April which he didn’t. He then promised to pay half back in May and the rest in June which didn’t happen either. So I paid almost 800€ for nothing and now I have to take legal steps. I’ve travelled a lot and have met and lived with many different people along the way. You can’t love everybody but I’ve always found a common ground and a solution with people…
