Day 1-2
Arrival is at any time. This is also your opportunity to meet your CEO and fellow travelers, and learn more about your tour.

Quepos
Day 2-4
Travel to Quepos and enjoy some relaxing days in the Manuel Antonio National Park. Including enjoying a free day to explore the Manuel Antonio area and relax. Optionally, you can paddle through the mangroves in a kayak, take a surfing lesson, or watch dolphins on a sunset sailing excursion.

Monteverde
Day 4-6
Travel from Quepos to Monteverde and enjoy the fresh mountain air in this region. Take an included guided night hike and get to know the nocturnal animals in the cloud forest up close. Including, spending a free day exploring the cloud forest region of Costa Rica. Optionally, you can try the ziplines or explore a coffee plantation.

La Fortuna
Day 6-9
A journey from Monteverde to La Fortuna. With free time, you can optionally go rafting, abseil down a waterfall or relax in the local thermal springs. Including, enjoying two days off for optional activities in La Fortuna.

Sarapiquí's Rainforest Lodge
Day 9-11
Visit a coffee cooperative supported by G Adventures and enjoy a typical lunch with local specialities before we drive to a jungle oasis in the middle of the Sarapiquí rainforest. Enjoy a day in the beautiful Sarapiquí Valley. Optional activities here include swimming in the river, night walks, or an empanada cooking class.

Tortuguero
Day 11-13
We continue to Tortuguero. You can optionally visit the nesting sites for green and leatherback turtles at night (seasonal). Enjoy free time to explore Tortuguero. Optionally, you can kayak through the canals and watch animals, get up early and watch baby turtles hatch on the beach (seasonal) or just stroll through town.

Puerto Viejo de Talamanca
Day 13-15
Travel to Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, where you can snorkel in the Caribbean Sea, hike in the Manzanillo National Park, or ride a rental bike to the beach. Use the free time here to go out and look around. Make sure to try the fantastic Afro-Caribbean cuisine too.

San José
Day 15-17
Free time in the morning. Then it's back to San Jose, where we spend one last evening with the group.
