Guided trip
Let me take you on a thrilling adventure through the beautiful coastal town of Rimini and the captivating microstate of San Marino! We will experience the Italian culture, history, and mouth-watering cuisine while exploring the charming beaches, narrow Italian streets, and stunning landmarks. I plan for us to meet in Rimini, which you can reach from Bologna, Ancona, or Rimini airports. It would be my pleasure to help you find the most convenient way to get here! We would spend the nights here in Rimini and go to other places during the day. In Rimini, we will enjoy the beach where we can play beach volley, explore the historic city center, and visit the Arch of Augustus, an ancient Roman arch that marks the entrance to the city. The area is also famous for its great bars and restaurants. I also plan to organize a pizza cooking class if everyone is in! This area also has nice vineyards and landmarks which I'd love to show you! We will visit one of the smallest states San Marino, have a nice walk along the blue river surrounded by mountains in Furlo, and enjoy a picnic on the beach of Fiorenzuola di Focara. ✋About me: I'm Tanya, 25 years old and I live in Rimini. I have been exploring the area with locals and I look forward to showing you its gems and all the best parts! I started traveling as soon as I turned 18 and have planned many trips for me and my friends over the years. I love sports, yoga in particular, sunsets, and making friends with people from different cultural backgrounds! I speak English, Russian, and some Italian. I would love to share this experience with 3 open-minded people who like immersing in new cultures, are active (because some hiking is involved), and who are open to communication! What is included: - Accommodation for 3 nights in Rimini; - Transportation to Furlo, Fiorenzuola di Focara, and winery by very comfortable car (my Italian friend is gonna be a driver); - Gas for the car; - Bus tickets to San Marino; - Insurance (for Austrian and German residents). Additional costs: personal expenses, grocery shopping, meals out, and any extra activity. Accommodation: Shared. I booked a nice and cozy residence apartment near the beach, so we can go and enjoy the sea any time. The city center is about 20 min walk from the beach, or we could use a free shuttle to get there. I know the best pastry shops and Gelateria in this area! The apartment is shared with trip mates, each has his/her own bed. I will not stay overnight, because I believe it would be more comfortable for everyone to share the place with fewer people and to decrease the overall price of the stay. Plus, I'll be just 3 min walk away from the place! For more info, read the description below and you can always reach out to me to ask questions! I'm open to slightly altering the plans if the group wants to do extra activities like visiting other cities. I'm here to give you the best Italian experience! :)

The Trip with Tanya was absolutely amazing. She‘s such a kind, open- minded and well organized person. She helped us out with the communication between the other persons who booked this trip, things we have to notice with our arrival (for example tickets and traffic) and information we need for Rimini. It was the best combination of guided trip and space to self explore. I really enjoyed this trip and I would definitely book another trip with her! ❤️

Rimini

Day 1-2
We will meet in Rimini and check in at the property. We'll stay overnight in Rimini during the trip. Once we're settled, it's time for a beachside adventure. We'll take a leisurely stroll along the promenade and have lunch at a beachfront restaurant Lella where they serve traditional Romagnola Piadina and Cassoni. After a delightful afternoon by the beach, we'll switch gears and dive into history. Our first stop is the remarkable Arch of Augustus, an ancient Roman arch that screams, "Welcome to Rimini!" It's like a giant time-traveling gateway. Then we visit the ancient Tiberius Bridge and the San Giuliano district where the houses are like a colorful paint palette brought to life. Prepare your cameras for some seriously Instagrammable pictures! And to top it off, we'll have a nice aperitif at a cozy bar with an impressive selection of wines. And later we can have dinner at one of the numerous great places that Rimini has to offer.
2

San Marino

Day 2-3
Get ready for a thrilling day in San Marino, one of the world's tiniest independent states! We'll explore the medieval hilltop city, and visit the iconic three towers and Palazzo Pubblico. Indulge in delicious local specialties at La Fratta Trattoria and enjoy tax-free shopping. Then we return to Rimini for an aperitif at the Darsena bar to catch a sunset. Since it is Saturday and Rimini is famous for its fun, we can go later to one of the beach parties. But before I'll show you the place where we can grab THE BEST homemade cassoni! We'll use a shuttle to get to and from San Marino.

Furlo Gorge Tunnel

Day 3-4
This day is gonna be great! 😍😍😍Nature, beach and wine. 📍 Furlo Gorge (small hike) We start our day by grabbing a typical Italian breakfast in an amazing pastry shop near the residence. Then drive to Furlo Gorge, located in the Apennine Mountains. We'll get there in a very comfortable car with my Italian friend. No cramped buses for us today! We take a scenic hike along the river and enjoy stunning views of the natural landscapes. After the hike, we head to a nearby restaurant for lunch. 📍Fiorenziola di Focara (secluded beach) Next on our itinerary is Fiorenziola di Focara, a captivating medieval village on a hilltop overlooking the dazzling Adriatic Sea. We'll descend down the cliff to discover a secluded beach. We can have a delightful picnic right there enjoying the serenity of the surroundings and a nice swim. 📍Mancini (wine) As the day winds down, we'll gather together for a heartwarming farewell aperitif together. We're gonna have a nice aperitif in the famous winery nearby with the spectacular view of the sea, the cliff, and the sunset! They serve the wine they make with traditional snacks accompanying the drinks. Later we return back to Rimini. You can depart at night or in the morning depending on your flights. See you guys on my next trips!
