This trip is for you if… you’re ready to challenge your body and quiet your mind through steady walking. You’ll learn patience, resilience, and how simplicity sharpens focus. If stepping out of comfort, breathing thinner air, and earning every view helps you reconnect with your strength, the Himalaya will meet you honestly. πŸŒ„ Journey Overview This journey leads through Nepal’s ancient cities, open lakes, and into the quiet mountain regions of the Himalaya. We travel combining overland journeys with days on foot through forests, terraced hillsides, and village paths. This is a nature led journey for those seeking authenticity and depth, moving from the living culture of Kathmandu to the calm openness of Pokhara and into the Himalayan foothills.

🧭 Guiding Philosophy I have spent many years traveling through remote regions on multi day nature and adventure journeys, choosing places shaped more by natural rhythms than by modern comfort. For me, nature is not a backdrop or an activity. It is a teacher, a mirror, and a home. Through movement, stillness, challenge, and simplicity, space opens to step out of habitual patterns and into direct experience. I guide with presence, practical experience, and respect for natural systems and local cultures. The focus is not on performance or extremes, but on moving attentively, living simply, and allowing meaningful experiences to unfold.

🏑 Accommodation Details Accommodation varies throughout the journey. Kathmandu and Pokhara We stay in simple guesthouses or small hostel that allow space to rest, recover, and integrate experiences. Mountain regions Accommodation is in simple village lodges or homestays, staying close to local life with minimal infrastructure.
