Rome

Day 1-4
📅 May 8 | Arrival in Rome (Meeting Day) We arrive in Rome and, after check-in, we meet for the welcome briefing and to get to know each other better. If time allows, we enjoy an evening walk among illuminated squares and fountains, to immediately breathe the Eternal City’s atmosphere. Dinner is free: those who wish can join in a typical Roman trattoria for a first taste of local cuisine. 📅 May 9 | Rome – Vatican Museums & Colosseum We dedicate the day to Rome’s great symbols: we enter the Vatican Museums, admire the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica, then move to the heart of Ancient Rome to visit the Colosseum and Forum. In the evening, we dive into the energy of Trastevere, with picturesque alleys, lively spots and tastings like supplì and fried cod fillets. 📅 May 10 | Rome – Traditional Recipes In the morning we stroll through Campo de’ Fiori market and historic shops downtown. In the afternoon, we join the cooking class “Rome in 4 Pastas,” learning to prepare iconic dishes and tasting them together. Free evening, perfect for wandering through lit-up streets and toasting with a good glass of wine.
2

Naples

Day 4-7
📅 May 11 | Rome → Naples – Pizza Experience We board the high-speed train and reach Naples in just a few hours. After check-in, we let ourselves be captivated by the colors and lively chaos of Spaccanapoli and the Decumani. In the evening, we enjoy a special dinner in one of the city’s oldest pizzerias: tasting the original margherita pizza, where it all began. 📅 May 12 | Naples – Traditions & Street Food We explore the historic center with a guided tour, from the Duomo to streets filled with artisans and shops. Then, we experience a real street food tour: pasta frittata, cuoppo fritto, pizza a portafoglio, taralli, sfogliatella and babà. Afternoon is free; those interested can descend into the fascinating underground catacombs (extra ticket). 📅 May 13 | Amalfi Coast Excursion We set off for an unforgettable day along the Amalfi Coast. We stop in Sorrento, admire Positano from its flowery viewpoints and stroll through the alleys of Amalfi. Each stop offers postcard-perfect views and time to enjoy the sea. We return to Naples at sunset, tired but with full hearts.
3

Bari

Day 7-10
📅 May 14 | Naples → Bari – Welcome to Puglia We reach Bari by bus and check into our B&B. In the afternoon, we stroll through Bari’s old town, among narrow alleys and stone arches, tasting local specialties like focaccia barese and freshly baked panzerotti. 📅 May 15 | Bari – Orecchiette Experience We discover Bari Vecchia, where local women still make fresh pasta in the courtyards. We join them in a cooking class to learn how to prepare orecchiette and end with a convivial lunch. Afternoon free for relaxation on the seafront. 📅 May 16 | Alberobello & Matera We head out for a guided tour of Alberobello’s trulli (UNESCO) and Matera’s Sassi, a rock-carved city that seems frozen in time. During free lunch we enjoy local bread, caciocavallo cheese and traditional cured meats. Evening return to Bari.
4

Polignano a Mare

Day 10-11
📅 May 17 | Polignano a Mare – Sea & Relax A short morning train takes us to Polignano a Mare. We walk through panoramic balconies and the old town, relax on Lama Monachile beach and taste a polpo sandwich or artisan gelato, overlooking the cliffs.
5

Lecce

Day 11-13
📅 May 18 | Lecce – Baroque & Salento Cuisine We travel south to baroque Lecce, the “Florence of the South.” After check-in, we get lost among squares and golden-stone churches. Throughout the day we taste local dishes: from pasticciotto to rustico, puccia bread and frisella with cherry tomatoes. 📅 May 19 | Lecce – Olive Trees or Salento Beaches We dedicate the last day to what inspires us most: an eco-picnic among ancient olive trees (extra), or, if weather allows, we head to the beaches of Salento – Porto Cesareo, Torre dell’Orso or Punta Prosciutto. In the evening, farewell aperitivo together, toasting the days shared. 📅 May 20 | Return We say goodbye to Puglia and head to Bari or Brindisi airports. Time for final hugs, hearts full of memories and new friends met along the way.
