After taking a leap of crazy faith and leaving Minnesota at 20 years old to move to Mexico to study Spanish, I couldn’t stop. I started as a backpacker back in my early 20s in South America, Europe, and Asia and it's transformed over the years to expat nomad based in Germany and all over the place.

I'm a transformational coach and EFT practitioner online and I also offer optional sessions and workshops for those who want it on my trips. I love being active and enjoying the sea and the mountains and I'm a bit of a foodie at heart and love cooking together and sitting around drinking wine and telling stories. I like a mix of being active as well as resting and relaxing as well so trips with me are fun, a place to try new things and be adventurous, a place to make new friends, relax and recharge, and make the most of our time together in a beautiful place. I guess the last few years I've been exploring the Balkans more and Andalusia.

I've always been a people person and I've always had a bit of a restless spirit since I left Minnesota I knew I wanted to explore and that's taken me all over the world and I've had a million incredible experiences and feel blessed to have met so many incredible people all over the world who have helped shape me and have made me into the person I've become today.
