I had an excellent five days on my trip to Athens. From the start it felt like seeing a friend in a new city rather than meeting strangers. Visiting the historic sights of the city combined with good food, coffee, live music, attempting to learn traditional dances, a swim in the sea, a hike in the mountains and great company throughout. The expert local knowledge is invaluable and I highly recommend joining Alex on any future trips.

Alex was very informed, organised and locally connected, which made her the perfect leader for Icaria. Also she was flexible and adaptive. She (and her lovely friends) made a perfect package to enjoy the days on this beautiful island! Would highly recommend

It's my second trip with Alex and again she did an amazing job. With her funny attitude you always have something to laugh. She took us to great places which you can only visit with locals. She was well prepared and also showed the right flexibility whenever needed. Trips with Alex have always the right balance of adventure but also chill time. I can fully recommend a trip with Alex.

It has been a year now since I have been in Athens with Alex. It was actually the first time that I joined a small group adventure with this platform. I decided to do something special for my birthday and it was some kind of coincidence that I stumbled on this trip. At first sight the trip sounded great and pretty convincing. It was quite spontaneous, but joining this trip was the best decision I could do. Even now I love to look back on the great time we had back in Greece. Alex is the sweetest soul and most wonderful person you can ask for. With her open-minded and caring nature it was super easy to get connected to the Greek culture. Alex knows best how to escape from the masses of tourists and to get to know the pure Athens. She has a great humour – really miss laughing and having fun with her. I enjoyed the many great things we experienced together and left Greece with a lot of inspiration, new thoughts and wholesome memories in my heart. I could never regret the decision of joining her and I definitely recommend to book this trip - if you haven’t done it yet!!! Thank you, Alex! Thank for making this trip so special and for making me feel so welcome in Athens! Hope someday we gonna meet again to have a glass of Tsipouro together! ♡

I spend a wonderful trip with Alex. I never would have discovered Athens on my own the way I did on the trip. Alex showed us many beautiful places in and around Athens and took us to places with amazing food and music. The trip was also well balanced in respect to sightseeing vs. nature and relaxing vs. activities. Other than that Alex was happy to change the plans based on wishes or suggestions from the participants and really focused on making everyone happy. It was also noticable that she took us to her favorite restaurants/spots in the city and not random places. This made the experience even more authentic and enjoyable. All in all I can highly recommend booking a trip with Alex. Thank you so much for the great time!

The trip with Alex was wonderful,she is so lovely! I really enjoy Athen but more over I enjoyed the group and the atmosphere with Alex. She really tries to find the best way for everybody, is well organised but not too strict. It was a perfect mix for me and I am so happy to meet Alex.
