Vishnu Sudhi

Vishnu made more than my expectations and dreams come true! Originally, I booked Vishnu for 6 days through Joinmytrip, but in the end I stayed in Kerala for 16 days. I extended it day-by-day, and Vishnu was okay with it! (Thank you!) Everything was too magical for me to leave, even though there were so many places I planned to see in India. Vishnu took care of EVERYTHING, and he had scheduled all my plans and way more perfectly. I just had to follow. Before I came we had some conversations about what I expected and wanted to see - for me, the most important things were Theyyam, Munnar/tea plantages, backwaters and something with elephants (not riding!). Everything came true. And more, way more! Theyyam was one of the most intense experiences I have ever witnessed. It was an honor to be a part of. He took me to see Ulsavam, a magical experience where there was music and the most beautiful elephants I have ever seen. Our schedule was well planned and full of things to do and see, so nearly everyday we changed location; I slept in a wooden cabin in the mountains, stone cave, small shelter surrounded by cardamom and the sound of the waterfall, luxury backwater boat, private apartment with indoor pool and a view to the ocean, ayurvedic resort with private hot tub and treatments - and a swimming pool and the ocean in a 5 minutes walk. And the food... Where to start… I didn’t have one single bad meal. I was in food heaven, India has the best food I have EVER tried. Vishnu is a chef, and he knows exactly where to go. I tried so many new dishes and I was SOOO happy. Indian cuisine is pure soul-food. I love to be outsite, so I felt like a happy kid when I could go to the waterfall, challenge myself with paragliding, walking on a glassbridge, and activities up in the trees. Vishnu also took me to see some beautiful temples. The culture is so rich, and the people are so kind and caring in general. I felt completely safe during my whole trip. I am a solo female traveller from Denmark.
