The tour of Korea was interesting overall, mainly thanks to the friendly fellow travelers and some beautiful places. Unfortunately, the itinerary didn’t match what was originally advertised. Some meals that were supposed to be included had to be paid for out of pocket, and hotels were often booked at the last minute. The advertised three-star standard wasn’t always evident. The group was also larger than expected, which led to problems with transportation. In addition, background information on the places we visited was often lacking, so we had to organize and research a lot of things on our own. Overall, it was an experience with some nice moments, but unfortunately disappointing in terms of organization. You can travel with Tripleader—but you don’t have to.
