About me

Hello everyone!🌞 My name is Luca, I'm 30 years old and I come from Italy, So what can I tell you about myself? I was born and raised in a small town 30 minutes from Milan and since I can remember I have always had the desire to visit new places and discover new cultures. At 18 I've done my first solo trip, since then I haven't stopped yet and my backpack has become my best friend 😁 I have currently visited more than 20 countries and my goal in life is to complete the whole world I am a very curious person and I am always open to meeting new people and participating in new adventures.

I studied and then worked as an electrician but I immediately realized that it didn't make me happy.I tried to kept going as much as possible then in 2019 I decided to quit the job and take some time to understand what I wanted to do. In the meantime, the covid pandemic came and after that my priority was to do what i know make me happy...to travel! In 2021 went to Portugal for a volunteer project and from that moment I found my path and understood what really made me happy... making myself useful to others and help them. After that project I lived for a year in Porto and worked as a chef, then in 2022 I lived for a year in Indonesia where I worked in an orphanage as a teacher.

I currently work as a chef in a canteen run by an Italian NGO and in the free time I love plan future trips and would be thrilled if anyone wants to join me to the next one!

My best 3 Cousine: Italian,Korean,Lebanese. Cities: Porto, Budapest Edimburgo Sport: Football, Climbing, Snorkeling Hobbies: Hiking, Reading manga, exploring new places Music: Rock ,Rap, Pop Drink: Beer and Wine

for me traveling is as important as breathing, every trip, the people I meet and the experiences I have had teach me a lot and I love getting to know the local people of the places I visit and experiencing their culture 100%

I really enjoyed my trip with Luca! He knew the ins and outs of the city, bringing us to visit some hidden gems of Porto alongside the usual tourist spots. We had plans day by day but there was always flexibility to accomodate everybody, and of course it helps that Luca speaks Portuguese as well, to help those who don't! Porto by itself is a really pretty city, but exploring it with Luca made me really appreciate the place and the people as if I've lived there for a while. Absolutely wonderful experience that I'd gladly repeat!

The trip was well organised and the group was very friendly. Luca knew Porto as his pockets, which made the city feel like home. He managed to let us explore the city but also its people. Indeed, his great ability to connect with locals made a simple visit to a restaurant more than just a taste, making every meal a gateway to bond with new people and local traditions. My favourite thing about the trip was all those hidden spots he made us explore, which added an authentic flavor to the city.

I really enjoyed the trip Luca organized for us. He knew Porto by heart so that we didn't just visit the city as turists but really get the life stiyle, culture and habits of Portugal. The environment was relaxed and friendly and gave me a good opportunity to meet people and connect with the group. Luca bought us to nice restaurants, pubs, and small hidden places that I would never known by my own. Porto tasting was amazing. Overall I'm really happy and I'll repeat the experience for sure!!
