After University I worked as a proofreader at a nacional newspapper. I loved it but I had an opportunity to work in Iceland and travelling to Iceland was one of my biggest dreams. That changed everything. I loved Iceland: Nature, people, friends, nightlife, peacefull days, music. Everything. Beeing abroad and travelling made me realize how much I love my country and how beautyfull it is. It made me want to show it to everybody. So I decided I return to my country and now I am running a family business. I now own a local grocery shop.

I love to work and live here in Portugal. I work at my local grocery shop. But my goal is to show our traditions and artisans to the World.

One month in Japan alone it was so far the best trip I had. Travelling through the country, doing the Kumano Pilgrimage, staying at a budist Temple, experience a homestay with some Shugendo Rituals... It was perfect to change may perpective of life.

Travelling made me realize we are all the same. And even thow we do not share the same language and cultural habits, we are all human beings with strenghts and fears. In Japan I discovered my passion of travelling alone. It is when we are truly ourselfs only with our vulnerabilities. Every now and then I need to go alone, for a couple of days walking and it's really good for my selfcare. So I would love to be able to provide it to others in here.
