About me

Greetings! Let me introduce myself – I'm Silvia, an Italian with a zest for exploration 🗺️✈️ My life's journey has taken me on an exciting global adventure, driven by my curiosity and my fascination for different cultures. It all began when I stepped onto Thai soil as a 17-year-old exchange student, and since then, my itchy feet have taken me to visit 20 different countries and to live in 7 of them! If you also love to experience the most authentic side of a country, to interact with locals and go on adventurous road trips, come and join me on one of my trips around Europe 🧳🌍

Since I moved to Thailand for 10 months as a 17-year-old exchange student, I couldn't stop moving around! I have studied Languages, Intercultural Communication and Tourism Management in Edinburgh, Scotland. I then spent my exchange year in Gran Canaria, a stunning island that totally stole my heart. I then decided to spend the summer working as a tour guide in Norway, which I absolutely love! I am now excited to embark on a new journey as a trip leader, driven by my passion for traveling and my love for cultures and languages!
I am currently working as a tour guide in Norway over the summer and I will move back to the Canary Islands as soon as it will get too cold here!
My favourite country? Impossible to choose! 🤩 My favourite food? Thai food (as a proof, I gained 8 kilos during my 10 months stay in Thailand 🙈) My favourite hobby? Making macrame jewellery 😄 My favourite sport? Hiking and aerial silks 🎪
I travel to get out of my comfort zone, learn new languages and challenge myself by meeting people from different cultures.
